Home has panoramic views of the famous Hotel Del, Glorietta Bay, downtown San Diego and the Coronado Bay Bridge. This is the perfect home to get away from it all, relax and enjoy the views.

Each room in our home has a veranda or deck, providing outside access. Stunning sunsets are visible from the upstairs family room. If you love outdoor living, you will love our home. From sunrise to sunset all rooms are bathed in natural sunlight, surrounded by a lush tropical setting.

This home has two gas fireplaces. The ground floor is tiled throughout, making for easy living. The outdoor patio wraps around the entire home, providing numerous gathering areas for family and friends in an atrium-like setting.

Bicycles, beach towels, beach chairs, toys and umbrellas are all provided for your enjoyment

About Chad and Claudia Lunt

My husband and I have lived in Coronado since 1983. We designed and built our home in 1992. We raised our two children here. Growing up they were able to walk to school, baseball practice and down town. Our children have grown allowing us to travel between here and a small place in Montana

Our property is amazing. It was built to bring the outside in, featuring large windows and doors in all rooms. In the morning you can sit in the sun room, sipping coffee, with the lemon trees and birds outside the window. Located on a beautiful, small neighborhood park, every room, has a view. Patios and small spaces to hide away are everywhere, with fountains and lush tropical landscape. This property is quiet and hidden away, yet, has easy access to the beach, bay and town. The town has a small town feel with all of a big town's amenities.

Fabulous House & Location!

This was the perfect place for my family of 5 (3 kids ages 10 and under) and my mom. Claudia was very accommodating and accessible. Every person that came to see our house for the summer described it as the "best find ever!". The house is very spacious - and we LOVE all the patios. The pictures do not do this house justice. We spent ever minute we could outside. Lots of room for the kids to study and play. Plus a fabulous tv set up. Wi-Fi worked very well. Everything is within walking distance. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the marina, 5-10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. We rented a golf cart for the summer, but mostly for my mom, who has difficulty walking.

We would absolutely stay here again. LOVED it.

Fabulous stay!

Our family stayed at this beautiful home this summer. The location was perfect for us: quiet neighborhood, easy access for biking, walkability to town and short drive to the beach. The home was roomy with three full baths and comfortable bedrooms with all linens and amenities provided. The outside featured multiple patios which we spent the majority of our time on enjoying the wonderful weather and the beautiful view of the Hotel Del Coronado. There is a grill provided which we used for a family bbq. Bikes were provided as well as beach towels/chairs/umbrellas. We were thrilled with our choice this summer and will definitely stay here again. Claudia and Chad were helpful and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend this property.

We have stayed here for the last 3 summers-lovely home and great location! Owners are incredibly nice and will do whatever is needed to make your stay wonderful!! Always look forward to spending time in their home!
