Here, you can build lifetime memories on Panama City Beach's well-known Emerald Coast with sugar sand at an affordable price. Whether it is an escape from the daily hustle and bustle, family/friends vacation, outing for the guys or girls, corporate retreat, reunions, outing for sports groups, spring break or holiday, this luxurious condo provides just what you need for a relaxing vacation: (1) central location to attractions, restaurants and shopping and (2) access to building amenities including the beach, pool (unheated) lined with lounge chairs, hot tub, sauna, steam room and exercise room.

PLEASE NOTE: NO SPRING BREAKERS. THERE MUST BE SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 30 IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES! AS PER NEW CITY ORDINANCE, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE BEACH DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH.

The spacious balcony (38'x12') provides exquisite views of the Emerald Coast. On the 21st floor, you will see the beauty of coastal birds and aquatic wildlife, passing watercraft as well as others just like you enjoying the sun and surf. Enjoy gathering on the balcony for conversation, relaxation, meals, and drinks. Balcony furniture provides seating for eight. If work calls during your stay, the balcony provides a serene venue for addressing those important matters that just cannot wait. Due to the unit's open floor plan, you can see the gulf in the kitchen, dining and living room. By opening the sliding glass door in the living room, the balcony becomes an extension of the living room. The unit offers two master bedrooms, each with direct access to the balcony via sliding glass doors. These bedrooms have custom blackout curtains.

The kitchen has granite countertops. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, stemware, storage containers, casserole dishes, bakeware, serving dishes, flatware, cooking/serving utensils, turkey roasting pan, turkey serving platter, pasta/steamer pot combination, large crock-pot, blender, toaster, coffee pot, mixer, microwave, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. If you want to prepare meals during your stay, you are well-equipped in this kitchen.

The dining room provides seating for eight at the table plus four bar stools. Two additional dining chairs are available in the unit.

For the 2017 season (typically 3/1 - 10/31), two beach chairs and one umbrella are included with the rental of this condo. Please see the onsite provider and let them know you are staying in Unit 2101.The unit is in walking distance to restaurants, attractions and shopping. If the walk is too far, consider the Pier Park trolley as an option. A Walmart Supercenter is 0.46 miles away for conveniently stocking up on the essentials needed for your stay. Pineapple Willy's is a 0.5 mile walk on the beach for casual dining.

The Ocean Ritz is designed with three units on each floor. There are 63 units in the building. Due to the building's design, the Ocean Ritz provides a more private vacation experience than other resorts in the area.

Spacious with an awesome patio- enjoyed it a lot.

The patio is the highlight of this unit - big, clean and has really high quality outdoor furniture. The view of the beach is incredible, and we used the outside space from about 6am to midnight every day. The unit itself was spacious, we were a group of guys and everyone had their own space and bathroom, which worked out great. Kitchen is fully equipped - tons of plates, utensils and everything else you'd need. Unit is CLEAN. No sand, no gross things, I was impressed with how clean it was. Also - very responsive maintenance team when we had a few small issues - I didn't expect the level of responsiveness we experienced. Note - there is a small on-site maintenance team, so when issues do pop up, you are not waiting for people to drive to the property from somewhere else. The two included beach chairs and umbrella save you $25 per day and you get the same chairs / umbrella reserved for you every day. The beach attendant, Josh, was friendly and helpful - and he sits right outside the beach entrance to the property.

The only things that keep this unit from getting 5 stars are the parking and the elevators. You can forget using the parking space, it is so tight, you could only get a motorcycle or scooter in it. And the overflow lot across the road fills up quickly, so the city lot about a block away is the answer - it is fine, but it makes moving in / moving out a hassle. The elevators weren't as bad as I feared, but at peak times, you could wait 15 minutes for an elevator. Peak times are the "AM rush" to the beach around 10:30am and the "PM rush" to dinner around 6pm. Neither issue is a deal-breaker, but just plan accordingly.

Overall, this is a great unit, we had a great time and I would rent it again. The view, the space, the service and the patio make for a memorable stay.

The parking spot for this unit was assigned by the builder, so the owners pay for TWO reserved spaces in the public lot to compensate for the regrettable spot in the garage. As for the elevators...peak use waits are typical for resorts, particularly during high occupancy seasons/times. Planning truly is key. We look forward to your return and making more great memories! Overall the unit 2101 was very nice 4 star, but everything else was 3 star or less.

The unit was very nice with a great view. The only problem was one of the master baths had a leak from the unit above, but they managers gave us a small discount for the inconvenience. The parking is a joke the maze you have to go through is ridiculous to get to the unloading area and parking space. We had one of the smallest vehicles made and barely got in and we was not notified of the leak or parking situation until we were half way there the day we arrived. The other extra parking is a block away on the other side of front beach road. Be careful when walking to and from your vehicles due to strangers hanging around the liquor store. We was approached several times during our stay. I suggest walking in pairs. The elevators stunk like urine. The beach chairs rental attendant was never available so we never got to use the free rental chairs. The pool was always cloudy. Also we wasn't notified of the major construction in front of the condo at the enterence of the condo and you have to play chicken with heavy equipment to get in or out of the unit. The workers didn't have any respect for the people there on vacation and I think the owners should notify the people renting these units about the construction and give a discount for this major inconvenience. Again unit 2101 was very nice but they don't keep up the property for the money you pay to stay there. We will never stay here again because for the money you can get a better condo with garage parking across the street with security and covered cross walks over front beach road.

There are not many four bedroom condos in Panama City Beach, and this unit is particularly luxurious. But, most importantly we appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, things happen that are out of our control; like a leak from above or road improvements. The issue with the leak was brought to your attention once we realized it was going to impact your stay. The good news is that you were able to use the shower with only a hole in the ceiling above. We initially thought you would not be able to use the shower at all. The road construction has only been a minor inconvenience throughout the entire high season. This temporary inconvenience is part of the community redevelopment agency project and promises to add landscaped medians, underground utilities, sidewalks and new transit lanes and other major road improvements. Once complete, this area will be an even more sought after area of the beach. We apologize if this project created additional inconvenience for your family. Our rental staff takes pride in providing excellent customer service to our guests. A simple phone call to our office would have likely resulted in just a brief delay in securing your beach chairs. We also could have reported the unusual condition of the pool to the HOA, as they maintain the property as a whole. When there is high occupancy, pools can require additional attention. Perhaps once the project is complete you will reconsider another visit to this truly special condo. Your Friendly Rental Staff

awesome condo

This was an amazing condo. Great view, plenty of space. However, there were issues with the elevators. One of them went out, leaving only one working for the entire building making long wait times to get up and down during peak times. At one point both were out for a short period of time. We had to use the stairs a few times, and at floor 21, it can be very taxing. Talking with some of the other residents there, apparently they quite often have issues with the elevators. That being said, this is completely out of the owners control and can't be held against them because it is a beautiful condo and as long as the elevators are working, I highly recommend it.

Amazing condo!!! Best place we've ever stayed!!!

This condo was the best place we've ever stayed!!! The condo was very clean, big enough for everyone and I loved having our own bathrooms. The best part of the condo is the balcony!!! We couldn't ask for a better balcony!!!It had tons of room for all 9 of us and the furniture was amazing to sit on and enjoy the beautiful view!!! We had no problems with parking or the elevators. The walk to the cars wasn't far at all, and the elevators moved quickly and we never had to wait in line! There are lots of stores, shops, and restaurants nearby in walking distance. Thank you for having us and making our vacation more enjoyable!!!!

Gorgeous, comfortable unit!

We had 9 people total staying in this unit (one was a toddler). This unit is fully stocked for cooking any meals you could possibly want. Everything was clean and orderly. Beds were comfortable. View from the balcony was spectacular! We had no complaints except for the elevator and parking situation!! There are only 2 elevators and unfortunately we were stuck on one for nearly 30 minutes until the fire department arrived to rescue us. To me, this is a serious safety issue and one that would make me think twice about staying here again. It's unfortunate because the condo itself was perfect for our family's needs. Also, the Parking space assigned to this condo is next to impossible to park in unless you're driving a smart car or Mini Cooper. So, the unit itself was perfect- the building management needs to rectify the elevator and parking issues pronto!

I am happy to report that the elevator issue you called me about has been resolved! After a thorough inspection, the elevators have been tested and monitored closely with no malfunctions reported, and the phone service has been restored and is functioning properly. As for the parking spot assigned to this specific condo; the owners have purchased TWO additional parking spaces in the public lot across the street to accommodate their guests, since securing an alternative parking spot for their condo has proved unsuccessful thus far. Be sure to experience the over 100 very exciting and challenging hands on activities at WonderWorks (the upside down house) located only 0.7 miles from Ocean Ritz. You can't miss it. When you are finished there, go across the street to Ripley's Believe It or Not's Odditorium and then try to find your way through the human maze or make a hole in one at the mini golf course next door at Coconut Creek Family Fun Park. There is so much to do here! You will never get bored when there are water slides just waiting for you to go down them at the water parks, shopping to do at Pier Park, deep sea fishing in the Gulf of Mexico and great food to enjoy at the local restaurants! All of this fun is just around the corner!
