These beautiful apartments have just been renovated to a very high standard with high quality fittings and hardwood parquet floors throughout.

The location is absolutely excellent, it is impossible to get more central than this. A stay in any of the Paraires apartments will make your excursions in Palma convenient and easy to plan!

The apartments are located on a lovely pedestrian street right in the heart of Palma old town. This area has been carefully reformed and restored to give a feeling of Palma in the old days while at the same time providing luxury accommodation, shops and boutiques. On the same road as the apartments, you will find plenty of shopping opportunities as well as nice cafés. The Passeig del Born is literally just around the corner!

Can we just thank you both for a lovely stay at the apartment, we were delighted with it and it's fantastic location. The weather was terrific so that was also a bonus. Our trip was marred only by a four hour delay at Palma airport on our return, tempting just to come back and stay another night !

Excellent Apartment

The apartment was everything we hoped for and more. Firstly, it would be hard to imagine a better location - just off the Passeig des Born, the main shopping street (yet because it is on a pedestrianized street, no noise to disturb sleep) and in close proximity to the seafront, the cathedral, the Old Town shops, cafes and bars etc. The photographs give an accurate impression of the apartment - a traditional building but modern, clean and comfortable with all the facilities one would need. Anna, who arranged the booking for us was extremely helpful. The apartment we had initially sought to book was unavailable but she came back with a number of alternatives, from which we selected this apartment (and were so glad that we did). Anna was great throughout the booking process, answering any queries promptly and helpfully, and she also arranged our airport transfer (the admirable Nicky Herriot, who is also thoroughly recommended). We were met at the apartment by Anna's husband, Adam, and it was no surprise to find that he was just as helpful. Palma was new to us and we would thoroughly recommend it. There was lots to do in Palma itself and plenty of places to visit within easy reach. We took the bus to Valldemossa (lovely) and another time we would try out Soller. Palma was lively and vibrant (even this early in the year) and catered for all ages from youngsters to us shall we say "older" visitors. Loads of places to eat and drink, and we always felt very secure. We would hope to return to Palma in the future and we would definitely go for this apartment again (Highly recommended).

1 bedroom in the center of Palma

My husband and I selected this apartment for our 5 day stay in Palma, Mallorca as we wanted to have quick and good access Palma center each day for sightseeing and typical tourist type interest. We found the apartment to be excellent, well fitted out with everything needed, very clean and close to local shopping for day to day supplies plus a good selection of restaurants within walking distant of the apartment.

The apartment is well located for a selection of public transport, train station was a 10 minute walk away and most of the buses were within 200m from our front door. We purchased a 10 trip pass and got our money's worth as its so easy to use and get around.

Our host was a wealth of knowledge and help during our stay. We definitely recommend this apartment as a good base for a stay in Palma

Recommended for: All ages, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Family with Young Children, there was a folding cot for babies.

Central 1 bed apartment

Dear Readers,

We stayed here last March, had a good time and thought we should write something.

First thing, the apartment is in a good position as long as you dont have a car, parking is tricky nearby, we did find some cheap spaces down by the marina so in the end it was not such a big problem.

The apartment is well depicted in the photos, well furnished, and a decent hifi system, which was a bonus. There is a decent TV and a good internet connection. Kitchen is more than adequate for a weeks stay nice to have a dishwasher.

The local area is good for shopping and dinner, we ate out a lot and favoured the La Llonja area.

We only had 3 nights in the apartment in the end, we were late reserving and there was another group arriving, but we had a great time nonetheless. For us the location made it ideal, 2 minutes to the restaurants, beach walks 10 mins away and plenty of shopping.

We did grill the owner for plenty of info which turned out to be a great time saver for us, I think we dodged most of the touristy restaurants and found some great tapas bars.

Anyway back to the apartment: good size for 1 bedroom and a surprisingly well equipped kitchen, not that we used it much, wifi was useful and a good sized walk-in shower. The whole building looks well looked after, would guess it was modernized in the last 3 years and there was an elevator. The street was quiet, which we surprised at seeing as it is just behind the Born.

All in we loved it, just wished we could have stayed for longer.

We spent nearly a week in Palma and enjoyed it thoroughly, the city is not too big but there is still plenty to do and the apartment suited us well. It is right in the city centre, cathedral a short walk away, plenty of restaurants in La Llonja, and for my husband, who likes to cook there was the Olivar market.

The apartment was clean and well maintained, and surprisingly well equipped, even had a media player with plenty of films on.

We had a great time here and have already recommended it to our friends, our only minor niggle was balcony was not big enough to sit out on.

1 bed town apartment

Dear Guests,

I have just got back to Palma, work on the boats, and remembered I promised to write a review.

As I said I work on the boats and while the boat was out of the water had to find somewhere to stay. A friend of friend recommended this place and it was ideal for me, wifi, Sky TV and a short walk to the boat yard. I am trying to stay there again but was booked unfortunately. It was clean and for 1 bed plenty of space.
