About the property

Superb, well maintained 3 bedroom property, able to sleep 6 in comfort

The villa is located in a secure gated community, and benefits from surrounding garden walls to provide privacy. There are sun terraces on the upper floor, a shaded ground floor patio area at the front of the property, and a rear patio area ideal for sunbathing and outside dining. The villa is well furnished and decorated, with air conditioning to maintain ambient temperatures in both summer and winter. A pleasant fully fitted kitchen provides good cooking facilities, with a fridge freezer for storing food and drink.

The washing machine is located in the laundry, away from the kitchen area, and an iron, laundry basket and clothes airer are provided.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house or by the pool, but is allowed on the patio. We provide non-glass items for external use. The accommodation is fully cleaned weekly and fresh towels and linen provided.

Airports & Transfers: The Villa is within easy reach of both Alicante and Murcia airports, and transfers can be arranged on request for a reasonable charge, to be paid locally.

There is also a complex with a cafes, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and internet cafe, just 5 minutes walk from the property. Nearby is an Aqua park, a country club, tennis and children`s play area and a little further afield you will find Karting, Horse riding, Fishing and National Nature parks. The property is only a few minutes’ drive to the beautiful Guardamar Beach and Torrevieja is within easy reach where you can enjoy the traditional Spanish night life and the open air market on the sea front promenade. The area enjoys many Continental and traditional Spanish restaurants, bars, supermarkets, hairdressers, banks and a medical centre.
