We own and operate several properties on Aquidneck Island that offer nightly, weekly & monthly rentals.

Thames Street is 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo located in the heart of downtown newport. This a second & third floor property, directly above retail shops. Each bedroom has a king size bed that sleeps 6 guests. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor. There are one bedroom, one bathroom, cozy eat in kitchen and living room on the third floor. Roof top deck, full kitchen, living area, wifi, and one parking spot.

This is great location to have celebrations but excess parties or damages will not be tolerated.

Great place, great location

My family enjoyed our stay at this Newport location. First you cant beat the location, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Next the place is alot roomier than I imagined from the description and pics. The beds and couches were super comfy, the TV setup was great and having 3 beds and 3 baths is a great setup for both families, or for 3 couples looking to share a place with total privacy in each room. We didnt get a chance to use the rooftop as much, but imagine that would be spectacular in the summer to sit outside drinking some wine etc. People did mention noise in their reviews but we didnt have any issues with it during our stay. Id imagine you get some noise anywhere you stay that close to the scene. Having a parking spot so close and not having to search all over is also very key. Kate has a list of favorite places in the kitchen area and they are spot on. She kept in contact throughout our stay in case of any questions. Would definitely stay here again next time Im visiting.

Lovely apartment! Perfect location! Owner is ON POINT!

This rental hit it out of the park for our ladies group of 6. The location is pretty much as perfect as you can get for Newport. I have previously stayed at the Viking Hotel, Marriott, and a small boutique hotel. However, this one was surrounded by cute shops, a nice selection of restaurants, 8 minute walk to Bannister's Wharf, and a 15 minute walk to Bellevue Ave.

The home itself was very nice, clean and well stocked. They even left us a few pods for the Keurig which was a nice touch. The mattress on our bed was so awesome I asked the owner where she got it (no reply yet).

The rooftop is really, really nice. We had rain the first 2 days so we only got to enjoy it briefly on Sunday morning, but WHAT a place to have a cup of coffee, or wine and cheese in the evening. And it was super convenient to stop in during the day for a pitstop or drop off our shopping bags.

We loved Midtown Oyster Bar, Benjamins, and The Coffee Grinder for our daily bread :-). Didn't get to eat at Pails and Scales but maybe next time!

Perfect Place For Newport Getaway

This charming rental is perfectly situated within walking distance of anything and everything in the heart of Newport. We are a group of 6 moms who snuck away for a weekend; accommodations were spacious and comfortable and perfect for our gathering. The rental is well stocked with basics including linens and towels. There is one parking spot and we had absolutely no problems finding additional parking nearby. We definitely want to come back again and stay here in the warmer weather to take full advantage of the roof deck! Kate, the owner, is kind, communicates extremely well and is responsive. I could not recommend this place more highly for your next visit to Newport.

Great location

Wonderful location...clean...due to the cold weather unable to enjoy the roof top deck. Great location to walk to restaurants. Gave it 4 stars due to noise at night from party goers very late at night or should I say early morning...very loud. Rented firehouse was the party house next door. Would stay again with ear plugs.

The property was clean, well appointed and comfortable.

This property was very nicely kept. It is a little bit of an older building so the stairwell and halls were a little cool. There are fresh linens and towels in all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. There are toiletries in all of the bathrooms. There is a full kitchen with a Coffee maker.

There is a frat house just behind the property and it is right on Thames, so it was a bit noisy at night, but not terrible.

I would say that the owner could do a better job with communicating with guests. There is no welcome binder, or even a phone number in case of emergencies. All communications went through VRBO which I found quite impersonal.
