In addition to the large refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen, there is a second downstairs for extra food storage. The sound system allows you to use your own ipod or iphone to play your favorite music throughout the main floor, as well as on the deck and back patio. Sitting on the back deck, with its dining table, large gas grill, and comfy chairs, you can enjoy the sounds of the river and the scent of the blue spruce and pine trees.
Ideal for families or groups, Rivertree Lodge can sleep 20 comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed, gas fireplace, HD TV, and private bath. Beautiful lodge in a great location
This is a truly beautiful house. It has amazing decor, multiple rooms for large social gatherings, a large kitchen and dining room, and a great number of beds for people to sleep in. This last part was particularly unique based on my experience in various lodges in the area. There are lots of beds! Highly recommended.
Chic winter moments with good friends!
This house was perfect for our ski trip with good friends. The owners were quick to respond and helped us with anything that we could need. Great location and perfect distance from the mountain. Perfect for your apres ski moments!! Will definitely be back here!
Beautiful home - great for large groups
This home was gorgeous and located in the perfect area to access the Town of Frisco and Breckenridge. We had 15 guests there for a couple of days and had plenty of space. The kitchen was well-stocked - we ended up making most of our meals in the house so it helped to have a kitchen that had everything we needed. The hot tub was a great added bonus - we loved spending an evening in the hot tub after a long day of running around.
Our only concern was that it snowed 5-6 inches the night before we left to head back to Boulder. We planned to leave around 11:00 a.m. and I assumed the driveway would be cleared by the county by then. I was told by the property manager that that was not the case. I asked if there was a shovel, ice melt, sand, or anything else to help us at least get out of our parking spots. I was told there was nothing like that on the property except an odd shovel or two that we would have to look for. We found one so I spent an hour moving snow out from behind our parked cars so we could get out. It worked out okay but it would help to provide several shovels, ice melt, and sand for folks who are staying in the home over the winter months.
Beautiful home and property. Great for a group
A group of us went for a week to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The home accommodated all 15 adults very comfortably. It is spacious and well designed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dinning area that allowed us all to eat together. The property is stunning with a stream in the backyard. It’s a short hope to downtown Breckinridge. If you like to ski, snow tube or simply sit by the fire, I highly this recommend this property. I would love to go back in the spring/summer and visit the nearby lake. I hope you have an opportunity to enjoy his experience.
Large home perfect for large family vacations!
We just loved this home and the location!! Our family of 15 spent Christmas here and it couldn’t have been more beautiful! There was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and the furnishings were so rustic and comfortable. We found the spacious kitchen well stocked with everything you need to season and prepare meals. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience we had here. The caretaker is super helpful and the owners were also friendly. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home with our family for the Christmas Holiday!!
Great Family Gathering Spot
We rented this house over Thanksgiving for our extended family of 17. It was perfect! The house provided ample space for sleeping and large, cozy common areas. We never felt on top of each other. The kitchen was fully equipped and made preparing and serving a party of 17 Thanksgiving dinner a breeze. If you have the means, I highly recommend it!

This is the perfect mountain getaway - you'll feel totally secluded sitting on the back deck listening to the river tumble by as it heads to lovely Lake Dillon, just a 5-minute walk away, while being just minutes from all of the fabulous restaurants, shops, theaters, and other amenities available in Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, and the surrounding area.
