We provide complimentary assortments of teas as well Illy filter and espresso coffee for you to have a good start into the day and feel at home away from home. If you stay for a few days, you will appreciate that the flat is equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, premium quality German Miele appliances. The bathroom, of course, comes with comfortable towels large and small, blow dryer and complementary shampoos and toiletries. The flat has 150Mbps high speed WiFi internet and cable TV with 50+ international channels. Everything a visitor to Tallinn needs to start with is the world heritage Old Town and its ferry port - and we are at the centre of both. Public transit stops are only 3 minutes away by foot. Two taxi stands are within twohundredfifty metres, all call taxi services can stop again just 50 metres away down at Olevimägi 4. Many great bars, restaurants, theatres, clubs and pubs as well as the Old Town's key sightseeing items are all within a few metres. A 24 hour grocery store is within two minutes leisurely walk, same goes for both Old Town's RIMI supermarkets (8 a.m. to 11 p.m.), please see our do’s and don’ts note.

Rates are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed. No parties. No pets. No smoking at the premises. The apartment and the building as per law has smoke detectors. Any fire alarm triggers the central alarm system and will come at a penalty of EUR 250 from the security deposit. Our guests must maintain the apartment’s security and the property’s integrity. The building is mixed commercial/residential and we have our offices on the second upper floor. The lock to the main door is to be shut at all times. You will receive one key chain, with one security key for each the main and the apartment door. Losing the key chain compromises the building’s security and is costly, i.e. exceeding the basic security deposit by at least EUR 175, as we have to then recode and in part replace a large series of keys for us, all our apartments, our office, the relevant staff of the commercial tenants on the ground and cellar floor as well (as all of them use the main door). All windows have to be secured with the appropriate safety hooks at all times when opened whilst staying in the apartment and closed whenever leaving the apartment, be it for a stroll around town or upon departure, especially so as we are in a Northern port city and rain may otherwise impair the apartment or wind destroy the windows. Breakage of the integrated cassette frame of any of the exterior and interior windows, window and/or glass damage and any resulting damage to third parties is a risk of the guest as a short-term tenant under applicable Estonian law and thus solely the guest’s responsibility. Use of the safety hooks and/or latches does not absolve a guest from necessary common sense and reasonable protective behaviour, i.e. including but not limited to not opening the windows during storms or other situations of impending danger to property and livelihood. Parents are liable for their children. No excessive or disturbing noise or any such ruckus during the mandatory Estonian night-time (öörahu).
