Born in Chicago, Dyanna discovered Sedona's beauty in 1995 and quickly found her passion for living in one of the most beautiful places on Earth. As an independent business owner and frequent traveler, Dyanna often returns to Red Rock Country to unwind and rejuvenate in the warmth and loving charm of the place she calls home.
Dyanna Musurlian purchased this house in 2001
Simple. Love at first sight. Great location !!!!
This property is very centrally located to all the benefits of Sedona, while also being situated in a very quiet and tranquil neighborhood. A quiet culdesac at the base of Thunder Mountain and Sugar Loaf trailhead, with no through traffic. .Never any pesticides or chemicals used inside or out all natural cleaning products used .
Let me start by saying that Dyanna was amazing and one of the sweetest hosts I have ever had. The house was beautiful, the ambience was perfect. There is a feeling you get when you walk into the house, it is of peace and like you have finally gotten where you need to be.
I really loved it, my whole family loved it, and I would definitely go again. Not to mention there was no hassle in arriving and paying. It was as though we were part of her extended family and she was just lending us her place for the weekend. We felt very welcome and very loved. I hope to stay in contact with her and spend many more family vacations there.
Beautiful, unique, comfortable and welcoming are some of the qualities this home possesses...nestled at the base of the red rocks in a very quiet neighborhood, we felt quite comfortable in the area and very close to everything we wanted to visit and see...we were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door...the home is beautiful and roomy...the open concept kitchen and living room-stunning...we spent early morning coffee time on the deck with a hummingbird that visited...the bedrooms are a good size and the master bath is great...the décor has an artistic touch that is truly unique...our hostess, Dyanna, was as special as her home...she has an extensive knowledge of the area and great recommendations for what to see and do...so grateful for the experience, we were here to rest and renew and we got more than we expected...
My 2 sisters and I stayed here and had an amazing time. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood, right around the corner from the Sugar Loaf hiking trail. No need to drive anywhere for a wonderful hike and a beautiful view of the mountain from the master bedroom and the deck! The home was so artfully decorated and had many interesting art pieces to admire. We were greeted with some beautiful loaves of delicious bread that we enjoyed throughout our stay. The home was appointed very well, with any and everything you would need to be comfortable. The deck out back was a lovely place to sit and have a glass of wine while watching all the hummingbirds enjoy the feeders that are placed around the yard.
The owner Dyanna was very accessible and even took us out on a beautiful hike through Oak Creek to a beautiful amazing location.
I would very much recommend this home for a family, friends or a couples vacation.
Wonderful place to stay and perfect magical location. Dyanna is a very gracious host, the home had plenty of space for a group of 5. Will definitely consider staying there again.
Our stay in Sedona was extra special in this SUPER great rental. It was SO quiet, located at the end of a cul de sac, and was only a short walk to the center of the red rocks on Sugarloaf Trail! The trail is an easy meandering path where we could just take in the grandeur of the spectacular landscape. Serenity, peace, and quiet! The place was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! We will be back again soon for sure!
This was our first VRBO experience - and we were astonished. My husband, mother and I came to Sedona and enjoyed every minute. Dyanna was a wonderful hostess and made us feel at home. All of our needs were met - and exceeded, including well desired coffee in the morning. To anyone who hasn't been to Sedona, it is an awe-inspiring place and the views from the house live up to it. Sugar Loaf Rock and Thunder Mountain are just a walk away, along with hiking trails. The location is conveniently located off the main street. It is definitely a quiet retreat, but you can be in the heart of Sedona in less than 5 minutes. We were so pleased with our stay and Dyanna's thoughtfullness that we cannot wait to return.
Sedona is a world class scenic outdoor vacation destination, brimming with abundant local culture and nightlife. A favorite for many seeking an American Southwest experience that provides a vast selection of activities ranging from outdoor excursions, to sampling the exquisite cuisine, or taking in the local history and culture. All from the comfort of a charming residential location from where you can enjoy breathtaking red rock views, and only steps away from a beautiful hike.
