Here is your sparkling clean two bedroom, two bath condo in Sandy Shores Condominiums located on the beautiful white sands of Madeira Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. We are directly across the street from John's Pass Village with great restaurants and many unique boutiques for your shopping pleasure. Large heated pool with tiki huts, 2 new gas barbecues, picnic tables--great place to grill dinner and watch the beautiful sunsets!

This condo features a large secluded balcony with peek-a-boo view of the Gulf of Mexico. Master bedroom has a California King bed with euro mattress with its own bath. The second bedroom has two double beds with euro mattresses also with its own bath. Both bedrooms have plantation shutters. Our condo also has three televisions with DVD/VCR and wireless internet access at our unit and also at the pool.

The full kitchen is furnished with everything you need. We also have beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, fishing rods. All linens are furnished.

We have one parking space reserved for you (one additional space is available upon request. Hop on the Suncoast Beach TrolleySM and you can explore all of the unique beach communities from its beginning at Park Street Terminal in downtown Clearwater to 75th Avenue and Gulf Boulevard. . Our condo is available for year-round rental. A pet of up to forty pounds is allowed for an additional fee.

We live in New Mexico and have friends as well as other rental properties in the Tampa area. Our families are in Atlanta, Georgia; this is a short flight or seven hour drive for them to visit the condo.

This property is right across from John's Pass Village and only one building from the John's Pass inlet which makes great fishing very convenient. Our clients love the location and the unit itself! An awesome getaway property! Directly on the gulf with a very nice pool and cookout area. Great for families or a romantic getaway!

What makes this condo unique

Fishing, walking on the beach, shelling, swimming in the Gulf of Mexico and the pool, grilling out on the gas barbeque at the pool, watching the wonderful sunset each day as the property faces west. Beautifully furnished unit which is quiet, peaceful and private.

Notes:
Fabulous place to work, play, rest and relax! Pool area is lit in blue neon at night and is extremely tropical! Great for a romantic getaway or for family time. John's Pass Village is across the street with shops, restaurants and activities such as parasailing , jet skis, deep sea fishing, dophin watching, etc.

Clean and nice

Good location near John's Pass with a nice beach and pool. The furnishings are a bit outdated, but everything was clean and well prepared for our visit. The owners were helpful and I would recommend if you are looking for a solid beach option.

One of the nicest condos I've ever stayed in in this area. Very close to everything you need we really did not need a car. Very clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and then some. We will rent from them again next time we visit family there.A+++ service too!

Not kept up with, pictures are deceiving. No privacy.

The best thing about this place is the location. Other than that I would not recommend staying here. When we arrived there was poop all over the master toilet seat and back of the toilet and the floors were not very clean at all. It kinda looks like they didn't clean anything and everything smelled like an old lady. They also do not change the pass codes to the doors, they are the same for everyone. The ice maker was broke so we told the owner, they stated they couldn't have it fixed until the day before we were leaving so I specifically told them ok please don't send anyone until after we leave then because I don't want someone coming in while we are not here. Well the maintenance guy at 9:00am in the morning on the day before we were leaving knocked on the door once then put the passcode in and just came in unannounced. My husband and I were sleeping and he totally freaked out my son who was in the living room. Not to mention when our son knocked on our door to tell us someone was there we were in our night clothes. He's lucky he didn't get shot. That is ridiculous! They should really change the passcode every time and have a deadbolt like a hotel so if your in the room someone can not just come in. The crazy thing is after all this we tried to tell the owner about all this mentioned above (in a nice way) and they would never respond to us.

Great condo and vacation

We had never been to Madeira Beach so we didn't know exactly what to expect. We chose this area because it was near Tampa. This area is great for a quiet vacation. It is close to Tampa and St. Pete. The condo was nice. There was a little confusion about our arrival time but a call to the owner was all it took to get the room clean and ready for our first night. Johns Pass is directly across the street and the beach is just pass the parking garage. I never quite figured out the logic of the parking garage as far as how the spots were numbered, but was glad to have a reserved spot every day. My biggest complaint was not having a washer and dryer in the unit. When researching so many condo choices I neglected to check that out better. It would have been nice to have a change machine by the washer & dryer (just down the hall from the unit), but the office was always ready to make change for me. The condo was nice with 2 full baths, a nice kitchen and dining area as well as deck. Wish the couch made into a bed. Other than that - great unit.
