Main living area is located on the upper floor providing an open concept that offers stunning views of the Gulf and pool area. A grand foyer welcomes you into your home away from home. Tropical decor and beautiful wood and brick floors throughout. The upper floor contains the kitchen, dining, living room, a split plan that offers a master suite with a queen size bed, glass french doors that open into your private sitting room overlooking the pool and the Gulf. Master bath offers two separate pedestal sinks with a large corner jetted tub between. Soaring ceilings, separate stand up shower and private toilet room. Please note that this is a gulf front home, not a beach front home. There are public beaches about 15-20mins away from the property. This property does not have a pier. There is a bulkhead that separates the yard from the gulf.
This is a beautiful home and a wonderful place to relax. The views are astonishing and the kids loved the pool! This home had everything we needed for our stay. When we had a couple of small issues (the kind that inevitably happen at some point when you own a house) Stephanie had them fixed them promptly and was very helpful. We will definitely be returning in the future.
This was our annual Labor Day Weekend Vacation. The house is absolutely gorgeous. This is a very clean and spacious place with a nice pool area. There is a large sun room in the master suite that could be converted into a bedroom, using a blow-up mattress (that was there on the property). There were a few downfalls. One was the rocky beach area, by the bulkhead, but we were aware of this from reading previous comments. The kids were able to jet ski as well as kayak, just had to be aware that the rocks were sharp and the kids did have a few cuts from them. It would have been nice to have a pier. The second was that the A/C was also not able to keep up with the heat. Thankfully it did rain on and off a day or two, which kept the heat down. The last downfall was the upstairs staircase from the back porch. When it rains (or if they are wet), make sure to go down the staircase carefully. I had three people slide down the staircase. There should be some type of sand mixed with the paint to stop them from being "slippery when wet". Otherwise, they were completely stocked with items that were needed, including seasonings, pots and pans, games, etc. The neighborhood is off the beaten path, so to speak; therefore, make sure you make a grocery trip prior to getting there. It's a very quiet area, the neighbors are nice. I brought my two small dogs and did not have a problem with any neighborhood animals (I read a post previously that stated there was a problem dog in the area). I would definitely stay here again anytime of the year. A person could sit on the balcony and enjoy the wind and the view all night and day. Even when it was raining, the kids watched as two waterspouts came down. This was one of the best places we have stayed at in a long time.
This house was perfect for our family. We traveled with four generations- seven adults and a child. The rooms were all beautiful and the lay out was perfect-- giving everyone ample privacy. Our family really enjoyed the pool- and having the beach towels provided was so convenient. Everything worked great- and if we had questions, Stephanie was so quick to respond and took care of everything. The view is gorgeous and the location was convenient- yet private. Perfect get-away for our family!
Amazing, Calming and Fun. First off, the home is gorgeous. It's well appointed and lacked nothing that we needed. Well, maybe a wine cellar with vintages red's and unlimited flowing red wine (some humor). Seriously though, the home was well equipped and handled seven guests with ease. The sunrises in the morning were captivating while looking out over the calm waters of the bay. Fishing off the bulk head yielded flounder, catfish and sea trout. The pool was the centerpiece to most of our days there. I recall often turning the pool light off around 11 pm each night. The fire pit was great. On the last evening we fired it up and celebrated with smores, got to know the neighbors and reminisced about the fun times we had. We rented kayaks and had them brought to the property and spent a good part of each morning and late evening kayaking the bay. A grill awaits an outdoor chef who likes to have a cold beer while cooking it up for the family. If you are looking for the things to do try deep sea fishing our of Biloxi or Ship Island. Both were a fun. We were fortunate enough that the only thunderstorms we had during our week were late at night or very early in the morning and even those were a treat. The owner is responsive if you have questions and they take great care of this property. We will be back.
This house is better than described!!! Quiet, comfortable, clean, and fun. Other than going to the grocery store we stayed at the house the entire week because there was so much to do. The only complaint I have is that we had to leave 😉 I hope everyone enjoys as much as we did.
We had a wonderful stay ! It was our 1st family vacation with our kids and 3 grand children. The layout was perfect for the 3 families. We spent hours in the pool , a favorite with the 2 year old twin boys .the screened in porch was nice in the evening to escape the bugs. Your fire pit was nice one night and the smoores were a nice treat .The only thing we missed was the beach. We drove into town to the beach one day but it was a bit of a drive.
