Great Rental

  • 5 of 5

This was my first VRBO rental and I could not have been more satisfied. The home was beautifully decorated both inside and out and came with all of the amenities needed for a nice, relaxing stay. The property manager and onsite nursery staff were all very friendly and welcoming to our group of six. And the cafe, gift shop and nursery grounds were all fun to explore. We had a wonderful time and will definitely consider coming back for another long weekend stay.

Lovely Home, Great Rate, Unique Setting!

  • 5 of 5

I rented this house with 5 girlfriends for an annual weekend away. We weren't sure what to expect, but loved the price point and the photos. We were pleasantly surprised to find so much more than just a cute house! The cottage is in a very unique setting and would be the perfect get-a-way for people that love gardening/lanscaping, etc. What really set it apart was the cafe across the patio, the outdoor seating, the live music on Friday and Saturday. We loved it all. Food was great too...many vegetarian/vegan friendly options.

The house itself is spacious, WONDERFULLY decorated and fit our needs perfectly. We do this trip every year and this is the best place we have stayed so far. It's gorgeous!

We have rented many VRBO properties in North and South America and in Europe. This house was one of the cleanest and most comfortable. The house was well equipped and everything was as advertised. We anticipated a significant noise level due to the location, however, we found the house to be very quiet even when customers were near the house.. Needless to say, the grounds were full of flowers and were very pleasant to walk around. The cafe was conveniently located a short distance away from the house as was the parking. The nursery staff were always available during the day and were very friendly and helpful.

This cottage is a charming stay, and at a very affordable price point due to the uniqueness of it's location. Yes, you have to tolerate a business going on around you, but we hope to make it as pleasant and enriching as possible, especially if you enjoy gardening! When you are in the house, it is very private and quiet. If you need anything, the Pine Hill staff is always happy to help. Great location to come and go from at half the price of waterfront. Sightseeing, day trips, taking part in the local communities and their summer festivals/events are so numerous you cannot get to them all. We know you will love it!
