This delightful detached 6 bedroom period Victorian Villa is situated in the famous yachting center of Cowes. Having a quiet secluded garden with hot tub but located only a few minutes walk from the High Street, containing the likes of Marks & Spencer supermarket and Costa Coffee intertwined with a range of other interesting shops including a range of chandlers and local produce providers, a full range of restaurants, Pubs, & of course the Cowes Marinas.
Green Bank is here for you to enjoy with large patio area, open lawn and spacious modern interior, your enjoyment at Green Bank is assured.
With sleeping for 12 we strongly recommend this house for families or a large group. Some rooms have sea views over Cowes breakwater and mainland beyond. All rooms are spacious and our triple downstairs bedroom with en-suite provides accommodation for people with limited mobility.
Easy access to local bus transport and located close to Red Funnel's passenger and car ferry terminals. Great location for walkers being on the Coastal path and Island cycle route. Nearby local historic attractions include Osborne House (Queen Victoria's residential palace) and Carisbrooke Castle (prison to Charles 1st).

This house is great with all the facilities you could need.
We were a group of 12 adults, both families and friends who rented this property for 3 nights over New Years.
This house was homely, warm and had everything we needed.
When in your room it was quiet and restful but then there was various areas for everyone to be together.
The Owners met us on arrival and left a few items so we could have a tea or a coffee. We also arrange a supermarket delivery which was the best idea for us as we had limited car space and meant we didn’t need to shop on arrival.
We used the hot tub numerous times as it was always hot and ready for use, no faffing around heating it.
The house is walking distance from lots of pubs, restaurants and shops.
Overall we all had a wonderful time and would come back again.

Spacious, well resourced home away from home
This home and hot tub was a fantastic find. 11 women fit very comfortably for 4 days - we'll be back next year😀

Plenty of room for our family . Central position for Cowes and access to all the Island . Cooking facilities , storage and washing facilities all ideal for young families who need to do a wash . Recommend.
Characterful, spacious and homely property
We have just returned from a week long stay at Green Bank. The house has plenty of space, everything you could ask for in the kitchen, lots of dining space even if everyone is sitting down together. Lots of bathrooms, comfortable beds, close to walk to shops, restaurants and pubs, great for an evening stroll. The hot tub is divine, rain or shine. Definitely a great location for seeing all that the island has to offer. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Spacious well equipped property in convenient location
Our group consisted of two families and nine people aged from 15 to 63. The property had plenty of space for all of us with lots of bathrooms/en suites. We particularly liked eating in the conservatory area which was bright and sunny. The audio visual entertainment equipment was great with fast Wi-Fi as well.
It was only a five minute walk to the shops and a few more minutes to the seafront. We kept our bikes safely in the utility room and did a couple of long bike rides from the house on the Round the Island bike route and the traffic free routes through Newport.
The owner and his agent were very responsive to our queries. A problem with one of the showers was fixed within the hour! Recommended property.
Lovely house, lovely hot tub!
We stayed a week, with family and friends to celebrate "a special birthday". The house was spacious and the beds comfy and every amenity and appliance to make you feel at home. We stayed towards the end of March, and did have the opportunity to use the hot tub, which was great. The house is conveniently located for West Cowes, but a bit of a climb up a steep hill, but it kept us fit, and we were fortunate to see the tree shown in the picture in all its glory, stunning.
Green Bank is situated in the famous yachting center of Cowes on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Being only a few minutes walk from the Cowes marinas and quaint pedestrianized high street with its pleasing variety of shops and coffee houses. Enjoy the vibe of Cowes & see the difference for yourself. The multitude of Island attractions offer everything you could want from the family attractions of Robin Hill, Blackgang Chine and Needles Pleasure Park to the historical & royal influence of nearby Osborne House (Queen Victoria's residential palace) and Carisbrooke Castle (prison to Charles 1st). The beautiful coastal and rural environment is all there to be discovered by foot, bike car or yacht! Green Bank is ideal for families as well as yacht racing teams (who have used Green Bank since 1988). Its also a great location for walkers being on the coastal path and cyclists being located on the Island cycle route. We are only a few minutes walk from both the Cowes Yacht Haven & other Cowes Marinas. Other Activities: Cowes Week yacht regatta, Isle of Wight Music Festival (Seaclose), IoW Walking Festival, IoW Cycling Randonnee, Osborne House Summer Jaz
Rates & Availability

Change over days are normally Saturdays, please look at our 2018 calendar for specific rates and days as rates change during regatta periods such as Cowes Week. Check in is usually 4pm and check out 10:00, but wherever possible we will try to accommodate your needs. Bed linen and towels are provided. Use of Hot Tub by children is for their safety by strict adult supervision. We ask for a £400 deposit at time of booking and for full settlement payment 8 weeks prior to let. We will issue a letting contract giving due dates at time of booking. A £200 security damage deposit is collected at time of final instalment and is refunded a maximum of 7 days after tenancy finishes following inspection.
