Our home sits at the foot of the Sandia Mountains within walking distance to hiking trails into the open space and wonderful Piedra Lisa Park. Our quiet cul de sac neighborhood and fully enclosed back yard afford a peaceful, safe haven allowing for morning coffee on the front porch with a view of the mountains or an evening drink with a view of the sunset and the city lights.

We can accommodate 8 to 10 people in our four bedrooms home including queen air mattress. The two front queen bedrooms have great views of the mountains. The log bed room with two single pine log beds is great for kids. The master suite; with en suite bathroom and our beautiful king size four poster bed and luxury mattress includes a large balcony for the sunset view.

Our two separate living areas include a large family room with gorgeous dark Italian leather and a 47 inch hd tv, wifi blue ray player with a complementary Netflix account. You can escape through the sliding glass doors to enjoy the multilevel terraced back yard. You may also escape to the separate living room for reading, napping on the comfy couch while reflecting on the beauty of the Mountain View through the front windows.

Our new kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, all of the gadgets and new solid surface counter tops will give you the opportunity to bring out that inner chef or just make a great cup of cappuccino for your day. We have a great kitchen dinette as well as a formal dining room that will sit all eight for that special dinner.

We have a full bathroom upstairs as well as the master bath and we have the washroom half bath downstairs adjacent to our complete laundry room.

The two car garage allows for secure entry to the house.

This home is perfect for long term rental for professionals in the Albuquerque area, such as film crews, engineers or contractors. The monthly rate of $3500 gives a spacious fully functional home complete with back yard grill, outside dining and green grass.

The many attractions of Albuquerque surround you within minutes. The famous Tram to the top of Sandia is within five minutes drive and the famous Old Town only 20 minutes away.

You will also find many fantastic restaurants, grocery stores and shopping all close by.

Location, Location, Location

This house is in a wonderful neighborhood and is dog friendly, with a great backyard. It is only a five minute walk to a park with a playground and walking trails. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants. The furnishings were nice and updated. The kitchen was fully equipped, with a gas range. It would be great for singles, couples, or families because it has four bedrooms. The best thing about this house though is the view - in the morning you can see the sunrise over the Sandia's, and in the evenings you can see the sunset and the city lights of Albuquerque. Absolutely Beautiful!!

Beautiful home in the foothills.

We really enjoyed our stay over the Christmas break. The home is well equipped and comfortable for both family and pets. The owners were responsive to some minor issues that arose and I would recommend the property. During our stay we took advantage of the nearby hiking trails and enjoyed some wonderful southwestern food. There were some minor issues with dust and maintenance, which is why I'm not giving it 5 stars, but I'm sure these will be attended to.

Perfect place for our growing family!

We stayed for three weeks awaiting the birth of our daughter and then enjoying her first week of life with grandparents visiting. Jay was unbelievably accommodating regarding our unique situation of not knowing quite when we would need to arrive in town and leave, and was so helpful and generous throughout the entire booking process and during our stay. The house was very comfortable with a great backyard area, excellent central air, nice shared living spaces, and comfortable bedrooms. The location near hiking and walking paths with the beautiful mountain backdrop was ideal. Great place and such nice hosts!

Very nice home and conveniently located to local attractions , restaurants .

This property was located in a nice,safe,family neighborhood. Very easy access from I-40 with tons of local attractions within minutes. This will be a definite stay for us every year we come to Albuquerque.

Outstanding location and accomadtions

Spent 10 days here for a family vacation and reunion and we had a great time. 6 adults and 3 small children - and we all had plenty of space. Our first morning out we found the nearby trailhead (walking distance) to the Sandia Mountains and enjoyed hiking there on an almost daily basis. Day trips to Santa Fe and Bandolier were convenient, as was the quick drive to downtown ABQ for the farmer's market and Bio Park.

Couldn't have had a better place to stay!

A good fit for our family!

We had a party of 7 staying at the house, it was more than adequate for our needs. The house is not fancy, so better for me, not having to worry about messing up a picture perfect home! The beds were comfortable, we would have had more than enough room if there were a few more of us. We wish we would have had more time to stay so we could have done a little entertaining, there was plenty of room. I loved the backyard, the weather was great and I was able to enjoy some much needed sun. There was adequate bedding, extra pillows and blankets, and while I didn't use much of the kitchenware, it appeared to be adequate for anyones cooking needs.

Our home is 3 minutes walk to Piedra Lisa Playground and skate park and Sandia Embudo Canyon Trailhead access to the open space. There are miles of trails for hiking and biking into the mountains or on dedicated bicycle paths along the Tramway highway

Albuquerque's famous Old Town is 14 miles about 20 minutes.
