This condo is very child friendly and adult friendly and has a large heated pool, shuffleboard , And a large BarBQ and picnic area

This unit is located in IndianShores- a quaint Beach Town - about 20 minutes South of Clearwater Beach and North of Madeira Beach. There are many wonderful restaurants in this area- Seafood and Steak- Italian and French- Dressy and Casual.

There is a regular trolley on a Gulf Blvd which will take you to many Of these eateries and attractions. There is miniature Golf, Boating, Casino Cruises, Major League Baseball , football , Shopping Malls , shows, John's Pass Village and Recreational centers.

The area caters to adults and children and is a very Safe Beach Community.

We have lived in this area for many years and our Boys have grown up here. The schools are very good and School Buses pick children up along Gulf Blvd to deliver to local schools.

Too laud!!!!

The only good thing about the apartment is that building is located on the beach. Our apartment was looking at the street and it was too loud to sit outside and enjoy the view. Our parking was located across the street, which was inconvenient for grocery shopping or going in and out since that is the Main Street, and there is no designated cross walking for pedestrians. All bedrooms windows are located inside in building, and you can hear everyone walking, kids running,etc. I come to rest and get some sleep, but could not do that without sleeping pills. Washer and dryer are outside on each floor and you have to pay for doing laundry $1.25/each. Our apartment was very dirty. Bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, refrigerator inside, mirrors had spots, sand and dust everywhere, I had to clean before I could take a shower, sweep before I could walk on floors, clean refrigerator before I put my food in. In all my years of renting and vacationing this one was by far the WORST.

Owner's Response: This review is not in keeping with the report I rec'd on my visit to Ana. She told me on my visit that the unit was good and she was enjoying bring there. On my inspection prior to your arrival, the condo was clean and in good shape I am very surprised at the comments on the street noise- I have not had any negative comments on street noise or walkway noise in the past I have no control over. Where the the parking spot is or where the laundry room is - this is outlined on the overview I am sorry these ladies did not enjoy this condo. This condo is well equipped and has had many positive reviews

Wonderful Stay!!!

Enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Villas III. The condo was perfect for us. Awesome artwork on the walls. Very soothing colors throughout. Stocked with all the necessities needed. Anne was very pleasant and helpful anytime we had a need to call on her. She recommended restaurants and gave us directions. We will definitely be back here when in this area again. Thank you, Anne, for your courtesies!!

Great stay!

Our one week stay here was great. the location is perfect; restaurants and shopping were easily accessible. The sunrises off our balcony facing the intercoastal waterway were fabulous. We spotted dolphins also. The unit is very spacious, 3 of us spread out comfortably. Access to pool and beach were excellent. We appreciated the personal care from Anne Wylie, property manager. I would return and recommend it.

Holiday Villa

Our experience with this condo was perfect from start to finish. Anne answered all our questions before we booked and provided the necessary details so getting into our room was pain free. The condo was very comfortable and roomy and is centrally located for an easy commute to Clearwater and St. Pete's beaches. My granddaughter especially liked the heated pool, and I enjoyed the easy access to the beach. Overall, it was a great vacation and my family would recommend this condo for families with kids of all ages.

Gulf Blvd Indian Shores FL

A very spacious and bright condo. Comfortable, relaxing and easy driving access. Although not facing the beach, the building comes with a very nice heated pool and lots of poolside chairs and loungers. The office staff are onsite, and very helpful. A large selection of books donated by former readers is for your use. Guest parking, although not designated as such, can easily be arranged with the office.
