Our licensed (HPI/7007) apartment has just been put on the market. It is all new, the building, the furniture and the area. Access to the apartment is from a large private courtyard. The area is very quiet, but close enough to both the Qawra and Bugibba centers where you will find numerous bars, pubs and restaurants. The coast is 10 minutes away on foot, while public transport and hop on/ hop off buses are just as close. Every endeavor has been made to ensure your stay will be both memorial and worthwhile.
This apartment is bright and airy and fully air-conditioned, while situated in a quiet area but close to the Qawra center. It has 3 double bedrooms. The shower room is spacious while the main bedroom has an ensuite shower/toilet, a laundry room with an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. The common area consists of living, dining and a fully equipped kitchen. Smoking is prohibited indoors but one may make use one of the balconies. Internet and wifi is accessible and free throughout the apartment. For your entertainment you are provided with a 40" LCD TV hooked up with an Android Box that shows British, European and North American live TV stations. Also a vast library of TV shows and movies on demand are available for your enjoyment.

About owner/property owner
I am a retired HSBC bank senior operations manager and together with my wife, have visited and travelled a number of exotic and memoriable places. Some of them were work related, but most were cruises that we took, mostly throughout the Mediterranean. We have stayed in luxurious apartments and hotels and of course 5* cruise ships. I have spent almost 40 years with the Bank, where the last years were spent implementing new operations in the far east. We are both keen hikers and we have been members in our local hikers club where we spend weekends exploring our lovely island by foot. We would like now to convey some of that experience to our guests, so that we can ensure that they enjoy their stay in our apartment.

This is a brand new apartment. 2017 will be our inauguration year. All the furniture, appliances and decor is going to be used for the very first time this year. Qawra in St. Paul's Bay is such a bustling village. The apartment is close to everything. You don't have to use a car to get around. Pubs and restaurants, sandy and rocky beaches, water sports, Malta's only aquarium - the list is long, and we are situated in the middle. We enter the apartment through a private courtyard, but the courtyards is adjacent to an open space. You have your privacy but close to everything that is happening. You will never regret choosing our apartment for your holidays. That's a promise.
What makes this Apartment unique
The apartment layout is so well planned. No long corridors, everything is connected but everyone has his/her privacy. Fully air-conditioned, the summer will be enjoyed indoors as well as outdoors. Wifi is easily accessable throughot tge apartment, and visual entertainment is provided with a 40" flat screen Thomson LCD TV, powered up by an Android box with Mobdro and Kodi installed. With Mobdro you can keep up with your local TV stations and watch live sporting events. With Kodi you have all that plus you can watch latest movies or TV series. A Trakt account is also associated with Kodi, so if you want to watch a particular movie or TV series, just send us your request and we will include it on Trakt, watch it at your leisure.
