This beautifully renovated 3 storey townhome backing on to Miramar Beach is perfect for your family vacation. Walk out from one of two decks which back right on to the sugar white sand beach and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy dining on the covered deck while taking in the panoramic picturesque Gulf views.

This three level beachfront home includes two separate living areas so that the first floor serves as special guest quarters. This is perfect for accommodating extra friends or family members who may want their own private space during part of your stay. These quarters are beach side with easy access to the sparkling water's edge from sunny, glass French doors. A nicely decorated living area has a large soft couch facing the TV console and doubles as a Queen Size Sleeper Sofa that can accommodate two. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and a full bathroom. This portion of the property connects via interior stairs to the second floor level above which has another living area lined porcelaine tile which has the look of handscraped rustic hardwood flooring. The large deep orange couch is accompanied by two bright, fun coastal coloured armchairs which invite conversation. The large couch here also doubles as a sleeper sofa and faces a wide flat screen TV. The eight foot wide sliding door maximizes Gulf views and provides easy access to the gulf front balcony with outside seating provided to enjoy the shimmering Emerald Coast views and spectacular sunsets. A rustic wood, glass topped dining table seats six guests and is illuminated by the nautical overhanging light fixture. The white, bright kitchen lined with kashmir white granite counter top finished with water hyacinth and teak counter height stools make the ideal breakfast bar and are perfect for friendly conversations. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steele appliances including a double oven, large fridge with drawers, ice maker, dishwasher and microwave. Upstairs on the third level you will find the Indonesian styled Master Bedroom Suite with Grand Abaco and Teak headboard and private full bath. This has a king sized bed with firm mattress, soft coastal pattern bedspread as well as a velvety, oversized chaise lounge which sits under a sunny window and beside a large TV. An eight foot sliding door provides a large picture window Gulf view and leads out onto the open balcony where you can greet your day and check out the beach. The Guest bedroom has access to another full bath and has two double beds that are nicely decorated in soft coastal colours. A window seat takes full advantage of the wide, sunny window that looks out onto Scenic Gulf Drive. The room is finished with a wall hanging TV.

Costa Del Sol is conveniently located on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach (just East of Destin) with close access to beach side restaurants, shopping at the popular Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, Destin Commons Mall and musical entertainment at nearby Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin.

Our rentals (monthly rentals excluded) include one round of golf daily at select golf courses, free snorkelling, dolphin cruise, museum tickets, movie rentals as well as discounted jet skis, golf carts, water park tickets, cruises, bike rentals, tennis and pontoon rentals.

Note we are a family friendly property and are unable to accommodate rental requests for groups under the age of 25.

May 2015 Family Trip - AMAZING

We stayed here with a group of our family members to celebrate and enjoy the beach. The condo was PERFECT! We lived being right on the beach!! There was plenty of room for everyone (ages 1yr to 65+). We plan to return next year and we HIGHLY recommend staying here! The owner is super helpful and available if you need anything. Can't wait to return!!

Excellent accommodations as well excellent location.

Traveled with an adult family of four and one other adult. Space was beyond appropriate.

The property was clean and as pictured in the photos. Only minor complaint was several light bulbs were burned out and no coffee maker. (If one was present I was unable to locate it). Did not detract from the overall experience.

Location is ideal as it is close enough to Destin attractions, but yet far enough away to enjoy the beach (Miramar) with minimal crowds. Pompano Joe's and Bad Ass Coffee are no more than a two minute walk. Expensive but convenient surf shop directly across the street too.

Convenience to the beach is unsurpassed.

Will look to book again in 2016.

We recently rented this home for our large family vacation. It was GREAT, the only complaint I have is not enough parking for large families and the ice machine didn't seem to be able to keep up. When renting a home that sleeps 12, there needs to be adequate parking for additional vehicles for that large of a family, especially during peak rental season. The home was nicely updated and very comfortable for our family; the fact that it's right on the beach was awesome. Just a few steps to the water. We will definitely stay here again!

Our properties are equipped with two parking spots immediately in front of the entrance. This seems to be sufficient for most guests; however, additional paid parking is available across the street if necessary. The ice machine is an added feature that we provide for our guests. Yes, it can be a challenge to keep up with a large group, particularly during the hot season but is a nice feature that many rentals do not provide. Spring Break Joy!

Spent spring break in Destin and had an wonderful time. The townhouse is as beautiful as the photos. It is a lot of space so we were able to spread out and everyone had their own room. Each morning we sat on the back deck enjoying the view as we drank the coffee we got from Bad Ass Coffee Company, which is located a short walk down the road. The rest of the day was spent on the beautiful white sands beaches and playing in the water. A very relaxing vacation! Pauline was amazing to deal with and keeps a beautiful home with all the amenities. And Ocean Reef Resorts Management Company was very responsive when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great vacation!

Christmas at the Beach

Absolutely perfect - again! This is the third time our family of 5 (grandparents, grown married children and granddaughter) has vacationed in Costa del Sol B2. Pauline is just an awesome hostess and does everything possible to help your stay be successful! The renovation is awesome! We even noticed that she's been up to some "projects" lately! We could see work on the lowest level patios - new wood benches, etc. The kitchen supplies have also been increased. We cooked a full Christmas dinner in the kitchen with NO worries or missing needed supplies. The new pots and pans are chef quality - the bakeware, etc are more than sufficient! As usual, we hated pulling away and heading back home to Oklahoma.

Per any normal evaluation, where we're told to find SOMETHING negative to say along with all the positives, I guess I'd say we wished there to be a garbage disposal. However, after having said that, I certainly understand why there isn't one with some renters not being careful using it and possibly getting it clogged up. We did have to buy toilet paper for the restrooms, but that wasn't an issue.

We left and drove home trying to work out our retirement plan to live part time in Destin and part time in Oklahoma during football season. If we could rent several months in B2 OR B3 (both owned by Pauline) we certainly would. The beach walkout, the dolphins, the sunsets, Pompano Joe's a walk down the beach would suit us just fine. Shopping, both at Destin Commons and the Outlet Shops are very close by as is a 24 hour CVS and WalMart. Publix and Winn Dixie are within a mile. PLEASE consider renting either of Pauline's units - you can't go wrong! We love you Pauline!
