Large corner apartment, part of a small block close to the beach, restaurants and to all amenities, with lovely terrace and sea and country views. Self catering and fully furnished for a comfortable stay. Can accommodate up to 4 persons. Free internet/Wi-Fi and cable TV/radio.

The terrace, which surrounds the whole apartment, is the main attraction of this apartment. You will be able to sit in the terrace with sea view and country view, enjoy a coffee or a cold drink whilst watching the sun rise or sun set. The apartment faces southwest and has direct sunlight all day long. The apartment is larger than most other apartments (approx. 120 m2) and is very well located on a hill in a quiet area, yet close to the village centre. It has a lovely layout, segregated and spacious rooms. The apartment forms part of a block of just 6 apartments. It comprises a kitchen/dining room, a main double bedroom, another bedroom with two single beds, a separate sitting room, a bathroom with shower and large terrace with table and chairs. Guests can also use the roof for laundry purposes. There is also internet/Wi-Fi service plus cable TV/radio which are free of charge. The apartment is self catering with a fully stocked kitchen, microwave, gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron, washing machine, linen and towels all provided for a most comfortable stay. A gas heater can be provided upon request during winter at an extra charge payable at location. Free parking is available in front or close to the apartment.

Though the village is relatively small there is everything to make your holiday a worthwhile and memorable one. The apartment is just 50 metres away from the rocky beach, 150 metres away from the sandy beach of Xlendi and the village centre (restaurants and food stores) and 30 metres from the nearest bus stop which is down the road next to Xlendi Tower. Furthermore, the island of Gozo is a very popular holiday destination, known for its unique rural characteristics and lovely and picturesque villages.

Apartment is close to all amenities. Xlendi is a small fishing and tourist village, with a number of good restaurants open all year round and a nightclub is just 10 minutes away by walk. A lovely sandy beach and high cliffs surrounds this village. Public transport is punctual and good and the village is just 3 km away from the main town (Victoria) and hospital. Ample parking space is available. One can tour the hot spots of the island in 3/4 days. A car is advisable for certain places.

Great location

The property was exactly as described very clean and very well equipped and both Alfred and his wife were extremely welcoming. Very conveniently situated up the hill from the bay. Booked return transfers through the property and was very impressed at the ease of the transfers even though we arrived in the early hours of the morning.

Xlendi itself is very picturesque but also quite hilly.Lovely safe beach for children although quite small. Thank you once again to Alfred and his family.

Beautiful apartment in a small coast village

At 30m from one of the Xlendi bus stops, this apartment is perfect.

The owner is very kind and could advise us for restaurants and things to see on the island, the apartment also full of tourist books.

Its terrace overlooking the sea was a major point in our search for accommodation.

Only a few hundred meters from the center of Xlendi where there are restaurants / bars / shops.

During our trip to Malta we started with Gozo and then the island of Malta, but in hindsight we should have done the opposite and especially stay longer in this little corner of paradise that is Xlendi.

The Bus runs every hour so you have to prepare your expeditions on the island of Gozo.

If I ever go back to Malta I hope I can go back to Xlendi

A 30m d'un des arrêts de bus de Xlendi, cet appartement est parfait.

Le propriétaire est très gentil et a pu nous conseiller pour des restaurants et les choses à absolument voir sur l'île, l'appartement regorgeant aussi de livres de tourisme.

Sa terrasse donnant sur la mer était un point majeur dans notre recherche de logement.

A quelques centaines de mètre seulement du centre de Xlendi où l'on trouve les restaurants/bars/commerces.

Lors de notre voyage à Malte nous avons commencé par Gozo puis l’île de Malte, mais avec le recul nous aurions du faire l'inverse et surtout rester plus longtemps dans ce petit coin de paradis qu'est Xlendi.

Le Bus passe toutes les heures donc il faudra prendre ça en compte lors de vos expéditions sur l’île de Gozo.

Si jamais je retourne à Malte j'espère pouvoir repasser par Xlendi
