Saving the best for last.... The beach access is just across the street! This is the newest beach access Lincoln City has to offer. Sure there may be a few stairs to go before reaching the sand, but there are plenty of places to pause along the way. This is a very beautifully done access designed for all ages young and old.
Don't feel like taking the stairs? Just a short drive South on Anchor St will take you to a handicap accessible beach access complete with parking and ramp.
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Clean and in relatively good condition. Easy to find and get beach access. While not "on the beach" this property gave us great ocean views and the quiet street was a blessing.
Might be tough for anyone struggling with steps, but this wasn't an issue for us.
That 3rd floor kitchen/dining/livingroom combination....with the view and outside balcony.....made it awesome.
A bit on the pricey side for just two couples, but glad we stayed there.

There was ample room for everyone and the sleeping arrangements were good. The kids enjoyed the beach and the owners supplied beach toys. The stairs to the beach are plenty alrhough the ladies in my group decided to get a workout in and run them. Yikes!
One thing I found strange was both toilets had one of those little plastic nuts missing so you kinda slid while sitting on them. Overall this was a fantastic family outing and we loved the comfy beach house. Thanks
This house is older and not as close to the beach as the photos may imply. Located behind the row of houses immediately facing the beach. Fine for casual vacation accommodation, nothing fancy. Lots of stairs, both in the house as well as at public beach access. Even the week in mid-August was cool and chilly at the beach, although much warmer just a few streets in from the beach. We enjoyed local sight-seeing spots including whale watching out of Depoe Bay. The Oregon Coast is beautiful.
This was a nice carefree home with space for all of us. We liked the accommodations and the view.
Nice house that was close to the beach via the stairs. It was perfect for our family of 5.
