The most beautiful and exclusive condo complex in Mammoth. Walk 50yds. to ski DOWN to Canyon Lodge via Blue Jay or walk 50yds. to ski DOWN to Eagle lodge via Eagle Express. All trails to and from the condo are well-marked and groomed by the mountain! We are literally on Mammoth Mountain. Ski, mountain bike, hike, and snowshoe right from your door.
The views from our condo are hard to match.
Ski back to the condo from well marked signs on Chickadee or BlueJay (beginner/intermediate) for lunch instead of spending $$$ on the mountain OR snowshoe or hike down to Canyon to eat lunch.
Enjoy your apres' ski hot cocoa or beer on the comfy couch overlooking the Owen's Valley by the roaring wood burning stove.
A short walk across the driveway brings you to the clubhouse with his and hers saunas, a huge jacuzzi enclosed in floor to ceiling windows for an outdoor feel.
In the summertime you can swim laps in the indoor/outdoor pool or lounge poolside with views down the mountain and the fresh pine trees.
While you could drive right into the private garage and leave your car there for the remainder of your stay, you can also enjoy all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife just 2 miles away.
For non-skiers, just pop on your snowshoes and walk out the door for a nice cardio workout or head out in the summer for a scenic hike.
Sledding is a short walk away. Sleds provided in the garage.
We provide hiking, biking,skiing, and rock climbing guide books and maps for Mammoth Lakes and surrounding national parks and monuments like Yosemite, Mono Lake, Devil's Postpile and numerous lakes, streams, fishing areas, and camping sites. We provide lots of our favorite literature to enjoy by the fire. Our guest information book is filled with menus, recommendations, and suggestions of things you can do in the area for young and old!
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal at home. There is seating for 8 at the table and barseats. Also enjoy complimentary cooking oils, sugar, coffee, and coffee filters.
Enjoy our brand new BBQ on the patio. Careful not to burn your dinner; the views can be distracting ;)
The open floor plan provides a bright, easy flow from the kitchen to the living and dining areas. In the living room, there is plenty of comfy seating on the couch.

There are brand new 50' flat screen tvs with cable and HBO and DVD/blue ray/surround sound new system. There is free high speed wifi as well.
The master bedroom is filled with light and has the best views in the complex as we are a corner unit and get that extra window. There is a brand new firm pillowtop king bed with all brand new linens and pillows. There is a 40' flat screen with cable/HBO/DVD. There is an ensuite bathroom with luxury, eco-friendly toiletries and new towels provided.
The second bedroom houses a bunk bed, a queen size bed and another flat screen tv. An ensuite bathroom with a tub also provides spa quality, eco-friendly toiletries and new towels.
Timber Ridge owns it's own snowplow and clears the driveways. The garage is attached, private, and secure.
We also have an extensive sled collection building in our garage. Enjoy sledding from our door. Take the shovel with you to build ramps and jumps!
There is one flight of stairs to our front door that protected from the elements so there are no dark, stinky hallways or icy stairs.
People who have NEVER skied before will have to drive approx. 5min./less than mile to either Canyon or Eagle lodges. Main Lodge is 5 min. away
**We do have a local handyman/manager/housekeeper IN MAMMOTH to provide you with any service you need with our condo from extra towels to extra keys to just basic extra help. Also, we, the owners, are always just a phone call away and will provide prompt, personalized, and polite responses to every inquiry. We are not a managing company! We treat you like our personal guests!**
**The road up to the condo is steep and can be icy! You MUST have 4-wheel drive OR chains**
This condo is our home away from home. Chances are, if you aren't there, we are! We continue to make it more and more cozy and updated and we encourage guests to stay with us year after year and watch us grow.
** As of summer 2013 we have made some great upgrades! There is all new paint throughout. All new lighting. All new window treatments. Some new art and furnishings. All these things brighten and modernize our condo further. We are so excited and pleased with the new aesthetics! Our photos do not yet reflect these changes. We will update them soon.
**As of summer 2014, there is new carpeting and flooring throughout! Lots of new furnishings and finishes as well. Enjoy!

Christian and I have been skiing in Mammoth since we were under 5. Our boys have carried on our passion.

It has always been our dream to own a home in Mammoth and when we started looking, we were surprised by this gem in Timber Ridge.
We wanted a place where we could enjoy our time indoors as well as out and in all 4 seasons. Light, bright spaces are top priority!
When our realtor showed us unit #33, we could not believe or luck, or the views. When she showed us exactly where Canyon and Eagle were from the condo and that we could ski right down to start our ski day, I may have actually cried with joy.

This was our second time at this property. Great location for ski in ski out. Nice, clean , and comfortable. The trial to the slopes is also a great spot to take the dog for playing in the snow.
We loved staying here. This is by far the best ski in/ski out we have had in Mammoth. It is so easy to get to the groomed ski back trail that drop you onto the Bridges run to Eagle and coming back signs on Chickadee directing you to Timber Ridge. You can also hike up a little further and drop down to Chickadee and get to Canyon faster. We skied back for lunch each day it was so convenient! We were three people (2 adults and a teenager) and 2 Labrador retrievers in Mammoth for ski week. The road up you definitely want snow tires or chains, as it is steep and was icy in the morning. The complex manager is great and is always out plowing the driveways after it snows. You have your own garage with sleds and firewood. Kelli is great and responds quickly to any questions. The homeaway app is so easy to use and Kelli has all the vital information you need in it for your stay. The condo is well stocked for cooking and has a warm cozy feel and has board games, movies and puzzles to play too. The jacuzzi in the rec center is right across the driveway and great after skiing. The complex itself is very dog friendly (containers with poop bags for the dogs on the outside of the main buildings). Our two dogs met other dogs staying and had play dates with them on the ski back trail. This is our new favorite place in Mammoth!
We enjoyed our stay so much. Great location near the slopes. The home is well stocked with everything you need. Cozy and plenty of beds. Kelli is awesome to work with. You will love this place!

We just came back from a weekend ski trip, and the condo was just perfect for our family of four ! So clean and inviting, with beautiful views of the mountains. The ski in and out was a great perk ! We would definitely recommend this beautiful condo as a place to stay in Mammoth !
We are actually ABOVE Canyon and Eagle lodge. This means that skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and snowshoeing is literally right outside out doorstep. You are in the middle of nature ON mammoth mountain. You can't stay in a condo higher up the mountain!
Mammoth Lakes, in the heart of the Eastern Sierras, is a perfect jumping off point for any outdoor enthusiast.
Fishing is legendary in the local lakes and streams. There are 5+ lakes about 10min. up the road with swimming, boating, paddle-boarding, fishing. Rent or bring your bikes as there is a beautiful, downhill paved path through the lake area. Bring a picnic! Rock-climbing is epic all through the area around near the condo or 30 min. away in Owen's River Gorge or the Buttermilks (or El Cap in Yosemite, of course!).
Main Lodge is 10min. away with tons of games, zip-lining, rock climbing wall for the kids and TONS of mountain bike paths for beginners on up! Rentals available. Also from the main lodge is the shuttle to Devil's Postpile National Park. The rock formations and Rainbow Falls should not be missed!
Bodie Ghost Town is about an hour past Mammoth on the scenic 395. it is truly spectacular and authentic. As it is a State Historic Park, it is not a cheesy, theme-park type of destination. This is an expirience you will not forget. Remember to pack lots of water and food. On your way, detour though the June Lake Loop (about 20min. away) for lunch and shopping or spend an entire day enjoying the lake activities. Stop at Mono Lake, about 20 min. past June Lake as well.
The Village is a 5min. drive and has everything you need. There is a Starbucks, shopping, and comfy places to enjoy a book and people watch.Enjoy eating on an outdoor patio of any of the many restaurants while the kids run around in the square playing with the giant chess game, cornhole, or building blocks (adults have been known to join in the fun). The Village, and the town of Mammoth, hosts many different types of entertainment almost every weekend. Check out mammoth's website for more info.
Almost all activities within town can be accessed via the open air trolley. **Dog owners: make sure to remember a muzzle for your dog to be allowed on the trolley**You can walk down the hill to a stop right on Lake Mary Road or drive down and park at the bottom of the hill so you don't have to hike back up!
End everyday cooling off in the huge pool steps away from the condo.
Bishop is 45min. away and has a fun bowling alley with a great diner. Many beautiful hikes minutes away.
NEW 'Cub Club' located in Mammoth at the Sierra Nevada Lodge. Open 7 days per week from 4-9. You can drop the kids off here for free as long as you stay on premises. On premises restaurants include: Jimmy Taverna (fresh, Greek food with excellent wine selection and full bar. Great for a romantic night and groups), Rafters (sports bar and grill food), and Red lantern (chinese). Cub Club is not a cheesy club but provides air hockey, fooseball, movies, and responsible supervision.
We love Roberto's for mexican food and great happy hour prices. Excellent Margaritas!
Giovanni's delivers pizza, buffalo wings, etc. to our unit.
Trail-runners, Jazz and Blues enthusiasts, families, nature-lovers, and snow addicts will never be bored!

Cleaning fees may be higher than other rentals. We spend $130 for our cleaning service after every guest stays and spend up to $50 to our laundry service because WE WASH EVERYTHING FOR EVERY STAY, INCLUDING EVERY DUVET COVER AND BLANKET. Most rentals never clean their comforters but we use duvets over our down comforters.
