3 bedroomed, semi-detached bungalow with pretty garden and stream.

Springbanks is set in a rural hamlet where you can escape to the countryside. Off road car parking for one car. The bungalow has double glazing, full central heating and comfortable accommodation.

There are 3 bedrooms, one double, one twin and a single bedded room. All laundry/bedding is provided - towels. sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases & tea towels. The kitchen has a ceramic hob with a double oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a washer drier. The lounge has a 3 seater settee and two separate armchairs. The dining room has seating for 8.

In the garden which is at the front of the property it has a picnic table, chairs and parasol. There is a small stream which runs along the side of the garden.

The bungalow has an adjoining annexe to the rear which has its own garden.

Springbanks is set in a beautiful area, with the Mendip Hills a short distance away.There are numerous walks in the locality including several from the house. There is a wide selection of tourist information covering the local area with a diverse range of attractions/activites suitable for all ages and interests, children, nature,history, steam trains,walking etc.. Please note there are steps to the front door and also the garden.

The bungalow is set in a picturesque village close to the Mendip Hills. It is within easy reach of the A38 and M5 motorway and Bristol Airport. Cheddar, Burnham -on-sea, Weston-super-mare and Wells are all nearby.There are many small towns and villages nearby: Wells has twice weekly markets and the magnificent Cathedral; Cheddar with its picturesque gorge; Bath is about 50 minutes away with a host of attractions.

There are many walks from the bungalow, or within the Mendip Hills which are a short drive away.
