A large fenced in yard (Rare so close to the beach) provides the kids a place to run/play off that vacation energy and the adults a nice place to sit and relax. A grill is available for summer cookouts as well. A bonus outside shower is also available to wash off the beach sand. There is convenient, no hassle off street parking for two cars. The home is in walking distance of ice cream/lunch/breakfast at Forbes restaurant, shops and the arcade (for the kids). This unit is one of multiple units within the home. A great unit, steps from the beach. The unit was recently remodeled, and is very clean. Owners were there when we arrived and were friendly and welcoming. Having a yard and grill were nice too, after spending a long day on the beach. Would stay there again.
