Eat in kitchen featuring a large island , gas powered stove, double convection oven, garbarator and dishwasher. Large solid wood dining table seats eight adjacent to the island which seats four. It also has a living room area with 44' LCD television.
Home has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There is also 2 double futons in the loft off the kitchen above the garage overlooking the backyard, featuring a bath including full-size tub, toilet, and sink vanity. Home security, Wifi Internet, cable and main floor laundry also included. The home has central air conditioning.
Mature landscaping abounds in the yard with numerous perennials and many fruit trees including Pear, Cherry, Plum and Apple trees on the property. Berries include strawberry, raspberry, gooseberry and Saskatoon berry bushes, as well as Cortland grapes next to a small pond in the backyard.
Master bedroom has a Queen bed, fireplace and double sinks. Bathroom has a toilet and bidet. A standup shower, and jetted tub. Also there is a Juliet balcony.
The other upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom with full-size tub, toilet and sink vanity.
The basement has a room with a single bed with a 57 inch hi DEF television and wardrobe. There is a bathroom featuring full-size tub, toilet and sink vanity across the hall from the bedroom. There is a fully lit concession stand with bar fridge, microwave, sink and popcorn maker.
Double doors lead into the 'Sapphire Theater'. Theater has three rolls of seating and has 7 to 1 Surround Sound with 120' big screen displaying Blu-ray quality video. Apple TV, Xbox, Shaw satellite.
I am a local artist. I grew up in the mining town of Fort McMurray, Alberta. Wanting to pursue art full-time my fiancée and I moved our family into this beautiful community in 2008. With the many parks, nature areas and access to the mountains it is an artist's delight, and an amazing place to raise our family, with never-ending inspiration for my art.

This property is a beautifully unique, artistic home. It boasts spacious rooms, three having full ensuites, & many skylights throughout. Add to that the sophisticated high-tech home theater with 120 inch screen, seating for nine, surround sound and its own concession with popcorn maker, makes it a renter's paradise. Don't forget the chef's kitchen boasting double convection ovens, indoor grill and gas range. there is also double doors leading to an outdoor patio with the Traeger grill band a propane BBQ.
Being an avid cook. The kitchen is my favorite room, but the artist in me appreciates the home theater.
The master bedroom is a Greek inspired, open concept room with six piece ensuite, including a jetted tub, bidet, fireplace, hardwood floors, skylights, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fans and Juliet balcony.

A great place for a family get together. The theatre is perfect for kids and the house is nicely set up. The halls are a bonus art gallery and quite lovely. I think it's a nice place to stay.
We went to Lethbridge for my sons wedding. Rented the house for my family to stay at and for the groom ( my son)and his wedding party to get dressed for the wedding.
When you own a home things break unexpectedly. Unfortunately for us, it was the weekend we were in the house that the hot water tank decided to stop working. We called Leon (home owner) at 10:00 Friday night and told him there was no hot water. Leon had a plumber out to the house within 20 min of our call and wanted us to call him back when the plumber was done. The plumber managed to get the hot water back on for a few hours but by the time the morning came we still had no hot water. The boys had cold showers and headed to the wedding (a little cold but no worse for the where). Leon refunded all of the money we paid him to rent the property since he could not provide us hot water no mater how hard he tried. Seems the water tank needed to be replaced and they had to order a new one in.
Leon takes a lot of pride in this home and it showed in the house and how he reacted to our calls. If you are heading to Lethbridge and looking for a place to stay this home is incredible! Just a note that there is no back yard to speak of in this house.
I was very impressed with this home. So much love and attention was given to it. It is clean and spacious. The centralized air conditioning was very much appreciated especially during hot summer afternoons.The kitchen was well equipped with almost everything you need. We did not need to to go the restaurants at all. Shops are just a few minutes away. There was so much space for everybody. The theatre in the basement allowed us to view old family photos and footages loaded into a USB stick. Leon, the owner, is very kind and accommodating. He allowed us to check in early and even helped us set up our air mattresses. This place is definitely a better option than staying in a hotel especially for a big family.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this clean, well kept home. Very nicely decorated by the owners and the labels made it easy to operate lighting and electronics. The theatre room with concession was a definite plus. Multiple bathrooms was a bonus when leaving for an early morning start to Waterton National Park. Kitchen was well equipped. Although the BBQ left a bit to be desired overall it was a great place to stay and we would rent it again.
Owers Statement: I love living in Lethbridge and enjoy helping other people see the beauty of the Southern Alberta area. With near immediate access to the many parks and wilderness areas, one can really see the time put into the infrastructure of the city and surrounding area.
Lethbridge's most magnificent characteristic is it's coulees - a network of large rolling hills that were formed a by Glacial spillwater over 10,000 years ago. The old man river winds under the world's largest Trestle Bridge. spectacular view went tubing or kayaking.
With its dedication to the Arts Lethbridge has been named the cultural capital of Canada. It has the feel of a small town with all the amenities and services of a large city. With its sunny climate and its proximity to the mountains and US border it truly is the Jewel of Alberta.
Built in Uplands in 2002 it is located in an upscale neighbourhood.
The home location is a five minute walk to all amenities including Chinook Lake, Sobey's market, and gas station. Adjacent stripmall includes barbershop, liquor store, Original Joe's Pub and Eatery.
A short 10 minute walk will get you to a super Walmart and strip malls with more amenities including a boutique, clothing stores, Dollar Store, drugstore, Tim Hortons, Subway and McDonald's.
A five minute drive will bring you to Pavan park or Peenaquin Park to view wildlife, enjoy a picnic lunch, or explore the wilderness trails along the scenic old man river. It truly is the photographers paradise!
15 minutes away is the beautiful Henderson Lake. Among its attractions are the Japanese gardens, golf course, outdoor pool, walking paths and picnic areas.
A 1.5 hour drive will bring you to scenic Waterton Lake national Park. Nestled in the Rocky Mountains it boasts caves, trails, Parks, galleries and waterfalls and scenery straight from your dreams. Visit Frank Slide or Glacier National Park or the many other attractions that the mountains offer.
