LOCATION – Cimarron Condos are within one block of historic Main Street, Peak 9 base, the 4 O’clock Run, and the Riverwalk Center and the Blue River. You can walk directly across the street to Breck’s Free Shuttle bus stop, which is the most convenient way to get to the slopes. Numerous chairlifts will bring you to all parts of the mountain, including the challenging double black diamond Imperial Bowl that towers at almost 13,000 feet!
AMENITIES – This two-bedroom condo sleeps up to eight people and has private laundry, a private balcony, a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TVs with cable in all bedrooms and a large flat screen TV with a Blu-ray DVD in the living room. Additional complex amenities include community laundry facilities, an on-site exercise room, a covered hot tub & dry rock sauna, elevator access and underground heated parking. There is also access to the Upper Village pool and hot tubs (off-site) located just a block away on Village Rd.

This condo is exceptionally roomy on the main floor with the living room, dining room and kitchen. And the kitchen is stocked better than most homes, you are not lacking for anything! Plenty of towels in the bathrooms too. The location to downtown is great too, we just walked from the condo to Main Street for dinner. We particularly liked this condo for the larger seating in the living room. Would definitely come here again.
Beautiful condo in a great location. Newly remodeled kitchen and new furnishings. Stayed with family for spring break and everyone enjoyed how spacious it was, even with 6 people. Great location to walk downtown for restaurants and shopping. Jade Garden has great Chinese! Easy walk to Peak 9 base for skiing and ski school. Or can take the quick free shuttle to Peak 8 base or gondola. Will definitely be going back!
Had a wonderful girls weekend! We stayed for opening weekend on the mountain. Accommodations were perfect, very clean, comfortable and beautiful. We did not want for anything. Could easily walk downtown for dining and shopping. Shuttle stop across the street made it easy to get up the mountain to ski and spa. Would definitely stay here again!
4 of us (2 couples) stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend. The location is AWESOME! Literally right next to Main St. - perfect for restaurants and food. The downstairs is nice. The bathrooms upstairs are pretty dated.
We have spent several vacations with our family there including two grandchildren who love to ski. The location is ideal for family gatherings or friends just wanting to get away for a week or weekend beautiful set up. The location is ideal in the wintertime for skiing and also in the summertime in order to do any of the activities you are wanting to do in the summer also.
The condo has recently been updated and has every amenity a person could want or wish for. The fireplace is great in order to sit back relax and enjoy glass of wine and talk over your days activities. The kitchen is well supplied and the view out the deck is absolutely beautiful.
The proximity to town town Breckenridge is wonderful in order to do all that great shopping in Breckenridge. The restaurants are fantastic if you are not wanting to cook.
This is a place our family will return to yearly we love this location and look forward to spending time there again.
