This condo has all the upgrades and style. Our 3 bedroom and 4 bath condo is a beautiful setting to unwind from your busy life. The living room has plenty of seating for the whole family and you'll love the 50' flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD player.
We have brand new vinyl plank floors in all bedrooms with large area rugs to keep your feet warm.
The Master suite has a well appointed King bed with a tiled double shower, jacuzzi tub and double sink. *Very nice*. The second Master has a beautiful king bed with a shower/tub combo with a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has 2 Queen beds, shower/tub combo and a flat screen TV with another Blue Ray DVD. *Great room for all the kiddos* The fourth bathroom includes a sink, toilet, all tiled glass shower and the washer/dryer. All bedrooms have connecting private bathrooms.
The newly installed dining room all wood table is 8' long and capable of seating 8-10 people. The living room and dining room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beautiful white sands and sparkling water. The view is spectacular. Our unit is located on the pop out of the bldg so you can see down the beach, east and west, with no obstructions. You will enjoy countless hours listening to the waves enjoying the outdoor furniture.
Enjoy a swim in the lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool and 2 hot tubs are perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find a large exercise room equipped with his and hers saunas. You have covered parking in the garage.
Not all Beach Condos are the same. Phoenix West is state of the art and is conveniently located in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama, close all of the conveniences and activities should you ever want to leave it. It is direct Gulf Front with a wide white sand beach and the blue water offering all of the normal features including heated outdoor pool, indoor pool, tennis court and hot tubs. However, it also offers many additional features not normally found including a 25 story indoor Atrium, Gulf Front Lazy River and Water Slide, enclosed parking attached to the building with access direct to the elevators for those days when the weather doesn't cooperate, and climate controlled Lobbies on each floor leading to your Unit.

Growing up in Gulf Shores, I have a deep rooted love for the area. Now living in Morgan City, Louisiana with my husband and 2 children we started looking for a way to have our little piece of the beach to enjoy with our family. Investing with my sister and brother in law we found this gem of a condo in the incredible Phoenix. Our kids love the amenities. The bldg. is very family friendly. We look forward to many memories here at the Phoenix 2103 and hope you do too!

We picked the Phoenix West because of all the amenities for our children and ourselves. The location is central to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and anything you could need. We had many to choose from but we picked 2103 because this unit is on the pop out center section of the building and offers spectacular east to west views of the beach. The unit was built with every available upgrade possible including granite, large tile floor on diagonal, cabinets to ceiling, etc. The unit has never been rented and is in pristine condition and the furnishings are extremely high end. The place is gorgeous!
I just wanted to let you know how fabulous your condo was! It was the first time that our group has had enough room that we didn't feel cramped and we were able to spread out. The furnishings were amazing!
You were so quick to take care of any needs we had and I really appreciate that.
The balcony was amazing as well!
We made many memories and we hope to return next year to make some more!
We stayed here with daughter's family and son's family. six adults, two toddlers and a 4 year old. Loved that the furniture was sturdy and we didn't have to worry about the kids breaking things or getting hurt. The cushioned chairs on the balcony were great for rocking tired toddlers to sleep while listening to the waves on the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and was surprisingly easy to manage even with several of us in there. The dining room table was big enough for all of us to have a meal together, although breakfast and lunch were usually at the breakfast bar or out on the balcony. The ice maker is great, but does make noise in the night. Great space! We never felt crowded.
The facility was nice. Plenty of parking spaces in the 8 floors. The higher we went the closer to the door and elevators we found parking places. There were luggage carts and grocery carts to help with bringing stuff from the car to the condo. Pools were good. Like the lazy river and the 4 year old loved the slide. Husband loved the sauna. Son-in-law like the gym. The hot tub by the indoor pool was full of little kids when we went to try it out so we took a pass on that. It is a little awkward walking to the beach through the lobby, parking lot and crowded pool area. The beach was lovely and groomed each morning.

This condo is very nice on the interior and very well furnished. Our only issue was the elevators were a little slow especially on move in/out day
The condo is gorgeous! Beautifully decorated, clean and great use of space. The condo is clearly set up for families. Two of the bedrooms had king beds which was perfect for the parents and the third bedroom had 2 queen beds which was great for our 4 kids. Two families of four were in the condo for a week and we felt like there was plenty of room. The addition of the extra ice maker in the bar is great for drinks as well as packing coolers for the beach! The only complaint if you consider this one was the shower heads. The water pressure combined with the type of shower heads made for long showers. It was really hard to get the shampoo & conditioner out of hair as well as sand in the kids hair-ugh! Regardless we would stay here again. The owner was quick to respond to questions and easy to work with. This is a fantastic condo!!
This was our first time to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. The condo was perfect for us with the lazy river and large kids slide! Great location on the west end of Orange Beach; very natural and beautiful but close to the convenient more touristy Gulf Shores with its restaurants and shops. Condo is beautiful with super comfortable beds!! (Bring hangars!)
This condo is incredible! It is decorated beautifully - very clean and comfortable. I was shocked at how large it really was. We could have fit another family in with us and we all would have been quite comfortable. The decor is classy and upscale - the owners did a great job with decorating and included lots of fun touches. I fell in love with the picture of the dog in the guest bath! The views from the room are incredible. The pool stayed crowded but was lots of fun for our two boys. Stephanie was great to work with. She promptly answered all of my questions, and provided extra info that I requested regarding services and restaurants. I cannot recommend this condo highly enough!! We didn't want to leave for dinner because we all loved the condo so much! I do wish that the condo building provided recycling. I know that has nothing to do with the owner, but I felt such guilt at throwing away so much plastic! Stephanie, thank you for allowing us to spend a week in your spectacular condo. It was just perfect.
We absolutely loved staying is this condo! It was very comfortable and the views from the condo were beautiful. The owner was wonderful and provided any information we needed very quickly. They have thought of everything anyone would need in the condo. We would highly recommend staying in this condo to others.

You are only allowed 2 cars. You must pay at the front desk upon arrival. Each parking pass is $27.75 as of 1/9/2017.
If you choose to pay the $250 refundable deposit by credit card you will only be reimbursed $242.75 due to the fee the credit card company charges.
