Fantastic 2 bedrooms apartment- close to the beach, with terraces sea view

Nice apartment of 2 bedrooms and 3 terraces, two with superb sea views, two bathrooms with shower, kitchen, sofa bed, communal pool with gardens and sunny terraces, ideal for families with children or for a few days of tranquillity, 20m from the beach and the possibility of access to other nearby beaches walking or by car. Near shops and restaurants, but not inside the apartment complex so it is quiet both day and night, is a 5 minute drive from Cala D'Or, internationally renowned tourist area, from Ibiza style that gives the whole area an exotic different from the rest of the Island. There is a well-known golf course, Vall D'Or, 4 km from the apartments. There are all sorts of services in the area: health care, banking, etc. Tourist trains offer the possibility of moving through the area. Very close to this area you will also find the stunning Natural Park of Cala Mondragó, at 15min by car.

My family are the owners of these three apartments at El Pino . I have two daughters who help me to rend the apartments, mainly on the Internet.We live in Cala d'Or during all the year. Our house is very close to the apartments, only 5 minutes driving away.

Wonderful location & quality features - new solid furniture in apartment & around the pool. Plenty of towels & beach towels provided. If you stay for 10 days, bedding & towels changed mid way through your stay. There are 3 verandas with furniture. Free safe & very generous welcome pack. Mercedes lives 5 minutes away & answers all queries & emails immediately. There is always something to watch in the bay below, especially the Starfish glass bottomed boat. We did not bother to go below to look, but boat trips are very regular, good value & a good way to see the area. Transfers with RoigTaxis very efficient & reliable. They are based in Cala D'or. 2 shower rooms - very useful. Don't be put off paying in Euros. You can pay the balance on arrival. Very good value. Walk out of the apartment, down the steps, across the beach & up the steps to Cala Ferrera "Strip" or take the more gentle route past one of the many Spars. Keep walking for about 20 minutes & you're in Cala d'Or centre. If there are 4 people in your party, taxis are as cheap as taking the local bus. Caves of Drach & Porto Cristo are worth a visit, as is the San Salvador Monastery at & the market at Felanitx. This is a half day trip (5 hours), not 7 as stated in the Roigbus brochure. I cannot fault this apartment at all & would recommend wholeheartedly. You will not be disappointed.

Heerlijk ruim en schoon appartement met uitzicht op zee.

Wat een heerlijke week hebben wij gehad in oktober. Het ruime en huiselijke appartement is vrij rustig gelegen met een trap naar beneden naar het strand. Het heeft een openbaar zwembad. Het appartement was superschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, voldoende inventaris in de keuken, veel stoelen/ligbedden op de balkons, twee badkamers (beide met wc, wastafel en douchecabine), twee goede slaapkamers (met goede matrassen en voldoende beddegoed) waarvan een met uitzicht op zee. De woonkamer en slaapkamer met uitzicht op zee hebben een ruim balkon. De andere slaapkamer heeft een iets kleiner balkon. Er was zelfs een wasmachine. Ook waren er voldoende handdoeken en schoonmaakmiddelen. Goede wifi voor max. twee apparaten. Erg behulpzame en vriendelijke eigenares. Kortom, een echte aanrader!

Super! Vollkommen! Perfekt!

Wir hatten einmalige 4 Wochen in Cala Ferrera und dieser Wohnung. Genau wie beschrieben haben wir die Wohnung aufgefunden. Es war alles da was man bräuchte, sehr guter ReinigungService und vor allem Betreuung durch die Vermieter, die immer ansprechbar und für uns da waren. Einmalig der tolle Ausblick auf die Bucht! Sehr gute feste Betten, woran man beim Mieten nicht immer denkt aber man möchte ja gut schlafen. Ideal für unsere Kinder gewesen, vor allem auch durch die Nähe zur Bucht. kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ruhige und sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo

Wir sind ein Paar (67/70), waren für 1 Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine herrliche Aussicht über die Bucht zum Meer, 5 Minuten zum Sandstrand, Restaurants und Geschäfte in nächster Nähe. Die freundliche, helle Wohnung wäre sicher auch für eine Famillie mit 2 Kindern geeignet. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Cala Ferrera beach is included in the area of Cala D'Or, his style is different from the rest of the island, is on the east side of the island, coves and cliffs are of unique beauty.
