Great apartment as a group of three friends, enough space.
The apartment is great to get around especially buses that go passed the apartment.
Communication ref apartment etc great.
Highly recommend!
Right from checking in to checking out. Never seen someone these nasty in the tourist industry. The check in was self-check in with lots of typo error on the written instructions and host refusing to explain details on the phone.
And in my apartment, they have this cleaning solutions for all the apartments that they have to gain entry periodically.
To worsen the matter, the host is insisting on my loosing the deposit for for issues with the dishwasher that we never used and a leaking wall that has several paint coatings; indicative of long-term issues.
Very very unpleasant stay with bad memories. Will never recom6.
For a number of years we have been staying at this flat and other properties owned by River Habitat Realty during our annual visit to London. We are always assured of finding the flat in good order, and the management quick to respond to any questions we might have. We always look forward to our stay at these properties.
We enjoyed our stay in London. The apartment had easy access to London tube via a short bus ride. It was a short walk to market, pharmacy etc. We felt very safe at night to walk back from sightseeing. Francesca and Julian were very helpful in getting us situated, helping us get around and assisting in setting up airport pick up.
Our stay in Julian's flat was great. The photos on the website represent the flat as it is. It is large, clean, well-maintained and situated in a safe area. The buses for the underground or the DLR are next to the flat : from the moment we locked the door in the morning it took us about 30 minutes to go to Central London, and it didn't seem long at all. Julian has always answered my (many) questions in a short time, and the staff whom we got the keys from were very nice and helpful too. We were also given adequate information about the area (about 5-10 minutes by bus from Greenwich village). We would definitely rent the same flat again if we came back to London as a large party _ there were 7 of us : 4 adults and 3 children.
The area really very beautiful! The appartamentoi bright and well organized! Rent this apartment is a good opportunity!
Greenwich was the home of the Equestrian Olympic events in 2012 but its story goes back much further. With is rich naval history and the old Tudor capital of England, it boasts multiple tourist attractions with charming enclaves. Crowd pleasers in Greenwich are the maritime museum, the fan museum and the painted hall in Greenwich university as well as the royal observatory in Greenwich park with its green laser shooting out in the night sky along the meridian line. For those looking for an alternative market, the weekend market in Greenwich is fantastic with hundreds of stalls selling everything from fudge bars to children’s toys.
Now the Cutty Sark ship gad been brought back to its former splendour while the day tourists can grab a pint of beer at either the Gypsy Moth. Pub or Trafalgar Tavern Pub One of the oldest), there are many more grub, gastro pubs and restaurants to try.
Not enough? Jump on the river taxi and the rest of London is at your doorstep.
