About Francesca and Julian Jarvis
I am a real estate agent and although I own the property myself, use many of the same maintenance people as the real estate agency does. There are some differences, however, as laundry suppliers etc would not be found in the normal long term rental business.

We knew the developer and purchased three units together. They were close to the other properties we owned which made the management of the properties that much easier.
What makes this Apartment unique
The high ceilings and big, easy to work with rooms were key in our property purchase choice. The location (5 minutes walk to the nearest train station) as well as the walk into Old Town Greenwich and the 02 (about 20 minutes) made it even more attractive.

The condo fitted us well with 8 + baby. Easy train access to London and comfortable space.
Overall, it worked out extremely well. A very comfortable space with good kitchen facilities. We loved the closeness to Westcomb station which brought us to Cannon Street, at the heart of London. Three further thoughts though minor:
We quickly ran out of toilet paper and could not find any hidden supply.
The keys to the windows could not be found. Thanks for supplying the one to the left hand, upstairs bedroom.
The fourth bedroom had no windows so that the only access to fresh air at night, which we all crave, was the door onto Woolwich Road, with its noise and insecurity. Could an openable window be set above the door to the street, or a portable air conditioner be supplied? We would heartily recommend the condo to families visiting London.
The place was really good. There is more than enough space for ten people. Quite area with lots of take aways, a big park not far and a huge supermarket 10 minutes walk from the house. We really enjoyed our staying here!

Great place, great location
Our family loved our stay in Greenwich. We walked to the Royal Observatory. The Tube was just a short bus ride away and the bus came within a block or two of our apartment. The apartment was clean and spacious. The property was just as advertised. We would highly recommend this place. We had a question on how to use one of the appliances and the owner was quick to respond.
We rented this flat for 9 days for a family vacation. The description was very accurate. The flat was very clean. Very close to transportation, stores and pubs. There were 7 adults and 1 toddler. We had plenty of room for all of us. We did make muse of the 4 th bedroom. The owners were very helpful. The only reason we would give this 4 stars instead of 5 is our beds were not super comfortable but we would definitely want to stay there again if we came back to London.
One nice feature having a toddler was the doors that close at the top of the stairs. We never had to worry about her falling down the stairs.
We would recommend this flat to a friend and would not hesitate to stay their again. We felt very fortunate to have found such a great place to stay.

My wife and I have actually just replaced the mattress of the en-suite bedroom as we knew it needed to be done.
Space is one of those rare commodities that is hard to get in a City like London and we were very lucky that we were able to purchase this unit. We are seeing many others split their living rooms to create extra bedrooms creating much smaller living areas for travelling families. However, it is nice to have space as you say for children to be able to wander around and families to stretch out and relax especially in a country like England where it can rain an awful lot and it is sometimes nice to take a little extra time in the rental unit.
We hope to see you again someday and once again, thank you for a good review!!

Greenwich was the home of the Equestrian Olympic events in 2012 but its story goes back much further. With is rich naval history and the old Tudor capital of England, it boasts multiple tourist attractions with charming enclaves. Crowd pleasers in Greenwich are the maritime museum, the fan museum and the painted hall in Greenwich university as well as the royal observatory in Greenwich park with its green laser shooting out in the night sky along the meridian line. For those looking for an alternative market, the weekend market in Greenwich is fantastic with hundreds of stalls selling everything from fudge bars to children’s toys. Now the Cutty Sark ship gad been brought back to its former splendour while the day tourists can grab a pint of beer at either the Gypsy Moth. Pub or Trafalgar Tavern Pub One of the oldest), there are many more grub, gastro pubs and restaurants to try. Not enough? Jump on the river taxi and the rest of London is at your doorstep.
