Great Location!

  • 5 of 5

There are hiking trails right behind the property, great for taking the dogs for a walk. Place is very dog-friendly. Location is secluded, yet close enough to downtown Flagstaff for dinners and shopping.

Nice stay in Flagstaff

  • 5 of 5

Nice location 10 min from Flag. First floor apartment of beautiful house with loads of forest behind for hiking. You even have your friendly guide dog, Genny, for hiking companion :) . Congenial owners Dave and Deb on site. Limited kitchen as others have said. Otherwise ideal for a couple looking to tour Sedona and Grand Canyon. Will book again.

Clean, quiet, very upgraded studio

  • 5 of 5

This was the perfect place to stay - it's the most clean/upgraded rental we've stayed in, and was very comfortable. The hosts were great - Dave gave us a great tip for where to go hiking and we loved it (Oak Creek Canyon). It's between Sedona and the Grand Canyon, in a very peaceful neighborhood with a lot of land around and backing right up to beautiful woods. Although you're in the bottom level of their home, it feels private.

My only note would be that the kitchen amenities are very small (mini-fridge, two-top stove, tiny sink), so if you're planning to cook an extensive meal, that would be difficult.

Beautiful location and very quiet!

  • 4 of 5

When we pulled in the driveway we were thrilled to find such a lovely spot for our short stay in Flagstaff...and our small dog was also very happy, especially to have another dog to play with! Very convenient to Flagstaff, Sedona and beautiful hikes on site and nearby. We really wish we could have stayed longer. Deb and Dave are great people and have put together a comfortable studio perfect for a couple. The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is the small bar sink, which made it difficult to wash dishes and the burners didn't heat well for cooking, since we like to make our own breakfast before we head out. For those of you who prefer to go out for all meals, this is definitely a 5 star stay!

Cute little studio, quiet little location

  • 5 of 5

Its a hands down choice if you are a group of 2 or 2+1.

Studio has everything you need for a short stay. well lighted, decent wifi, netflix, books etc.

Kitchen has everything you need to do basic cooking.

Its very close to Flagstaff (10 mins drive) and yet you feel away from urban life.

Only thing that I would have wanted better is the bed, the whole thing moves if you try to twist or turn in your sleep and wakes up the other person.

Again, this is a subjective matter I guess, not applicable to deep sleepers.

Highly recommended.

The best

  • 5 of 5

We absolutely loved our vacation. We went with our two dogs and they loved hiking in the woods right behind the house. The house had everything we needed and more and it was no more than a 45 minute drive to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. We are definitely planning a trip back here in the near future!

Deb and Dave are fantastic hosts and helped us out in any way they could. We highly recommend this place.
