Beautiful spot on the river

  • 4 of 5

Great spot in Ivy Lea with access to walking/biking trails. Within walking distance of a cute restaurant and within a short driving distance of many little towns. Kayaking on site and boating available close by. Perfect place to relax and have a good time with friends.

Exactly where we wanted to be!!

  • 4 of 5

We were looking for a cottage right by the water and I don't think we could have found anything closer to the water! The view was amazing! The place was easy to access. It had everything we needed. Customer service was very responsive and friendly. We were really happy that they provided kayaks. We were a little sad that there was no place to do a campfire outside but overall it was a great place and we had a great time!

Awesome Location!

  • 4 of 5

We arrived to a beautiful cottage/home with fantastic views of the water. I had 2 seadoos and my vehicle. Parking was very adequate. Access was seemless and the cottage was clean and well maintained. There were signs of some previous moisture in the lower level due to high water this year although it was dry on our visit. We didnt use the lowest level much and the dock was not really feasable for mooring our sea doos as it sat a bit to low. There is a marina 2 min down the road so getting in and out was a breeze. I was with my two teenage daughters and they had a blast. There were 4 kayaks on site with life jackets for our use. The cottage was nicely equipped with kitchen utensils, satellite TV (which we didnt use), and WIFI which we did! (Did I mention 2 teenage daughters). Very short drive to just about anything you may need. I would come back to this cottage for sure!

Nice but water level challenged

  • 4 of 5

Great home base for boat touring 1000 Islands, A Bay, Kingston, Wolf Island etc. Dock was almost under water and covered with goose poop and sea weed daily. No overhead lighting on main level except the kitchen so a little dark for late night cards or games. Lots of room to spread out with upper wrap around deck. Boat launch was 3 doors down so very convenient to get in and out of the water.

Incredibly beautiful and relaxing location

  • 5 of 5

My boys and I enjoyed our stay here. The location is spectacular, right on the St. Lawrence River. I really enjoyed the deck and just sitting and enjoying the view. The tour boat goes by regularly during the day and is fun to watch. The spot is incredibly quiet and peaceful at night. We enjoyed the full moon shining over the river every evening. Really nice. (Note that because of coastal flooding, there has been water damage and we did not want to use the basement, although it's clean and dry now.... so we were short a bed, but the sofa in the living room made a nice spot for my son to sleep and it worked out fine.)

Really nice place!!

  • 5 of 5

This cottage is really nice! We were 8 persons and have spent 3 days in this cottage and we absolutely enjoyed our stay!! The spot is so perfect! In front of the river, with a huge boat docks in front of it (have been able to park 4 sea doo without problems). The house is clean and well equipped. A marina with boat launching area is present at less than 1 mile from the house.

I would absolutely recommend this house for a stay, furthermore if you plan to visit the thousand islands with a boat!
