Charming 2 Bedroom Casita, Perfect for Skiing, Opera and Near Plaza
About Yvonne Sininger
Yvonne & Bill moved to Santa Fe 5 years ago and purchased a lovely home on Tano Road with a charming Casita. We moved here from California to enjoy skiing, golf, fishing, opera, art collecting and just soaking up the wonderful atmosphere of Santa Fe.
Yvonne Sininger purchased this Guest House in 2012
Why Yvonne Sininger chose Santa Fe
We are very close to the city but out of the main fray. Our casita is very convenient to the opera and the ski hill but just 10 minutes from the Plaza. Walk to hiking trails.

A perfect “nest” for a perfect stay
The entire experience was more than could be expected. Casita was prepped with everything my family and I needed. The decor was stunning. I will definitely stay again during my next visit to this wonderful area!
Perfect. In hills with nice view. Hiking trails a block away, 10 minute drive to plaza.
Perfect Girls Trip
Bill and Yvonne made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. The Casita was true Santa Fe charm. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more! We would highly recommend this vacation rental.
Perfect weekend getaway spot!
Loved staying in this Casita as we traveled down from Denver for the long weekend (4 adults - two couples). Santa Fe was a great place to explore but we found ourselves wanting to hang on the porch and relax the most! Great hiking paths start just down the road. Loved the view of the neighborhood. Comfortable beds and great amenities overall. Would love to go back!
Secluded Casita, perched on a Hilltop, about 2 1/2 miles north of the Plaza!
This Casita is attractive, comfortable, and well-provisioned. Bill and Yvonne, who own it, are friendly but completely unobtrusive. I strongly recommend this spot for visitors who don't mind a short drive to the Plaza.
Bring binoculars as the bird watching is great!
Take Bill and Yvonne's recommendation and dine at the Tesuque Village Market, just a short drive away.
Great hosts and property
View was spectacular. Casita was cozy, warm and roomy. Well appointed. The casita is high on a hill, but convenient to plaza via a short drive. Hosts were welcoming (they live in main house), and friendly. The casita is very private, We would go there again, and hope to do so.
We are very close (8 minute drive) to the Santa Fe Opera.
