Apartment is in a Court Yard location with access through an attractive gated entrance. The apartment is modern with timber floors or tiling throughout and is a Non-Smoking property. Kitchen has all modern appliances and there is a large fridge and a clothes washing and drying facility. Living room has timber floors, a color TV and a full size dining table. Bedroom has a double bed with bedside reading lamps and a large wardrobe. A second comfortable single fold-away bed is provided and is suitable for adult use at extra cost. Ground floor property so no stairs to climb.

Great apartment in an awesome location

We had a great time staying here in Dublin. The location can't be beat. Just steps from major shopping streets, bars and restaurants. The apartment is great too. Full kitchen, comfortable bed, etc. Agent was very accomodating since we had an early check in and a late checkout. Thanks again.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your very nice comments. We have plans for a further upgrade of the apartment in January 2017 so future customers should expect greater luxury and comfort from early in the new year. Of course the brilliant location will remain the same. However the arrival of the new tram line (called LUAS) to Marlborough Street in September 2017 will make the location even better. It will open up the entire south city all of the way to Dundrum and even further. Super for expanding your perspective of South Dublin and expanding the range shopping possibilities. Dundrum Shopping Centre is not to be missed and Grafton Street will be just two stops from our apartment - 4 minutes. The beautiful restaurants and pubs of the Ranelagh will also become easily accessable to our visitors. So a great year ahead for 2017.

Wonderful Stay - Perfect Location

We'd just look to say that we throughly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Dublin.

The apartment is clean and spacious, we had three of us, two in the bedroom and one on the sofa bed. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was large and had everything that we needed.

The location was perfect, smack in town centre, and with all the locks and keys we certainly felt safe.

One other point to add is the personal service, we had two apartments between our party of 6, and William met us, walked us to both apartments and was very helpful. We'd recommend this apartment to anyone.

A warm welcome and a perfect location

We spent a great 5-day stay in Dublin and part of that is due to the fact that we had a clean, well equiped, quiet while located downtown, apartment. It is very safe (3 security points) and close to supermarkets, banks, restaurants.

Liam profides all the information in a timely fashion and was extremely welcoming on the day of arrival.

Great hospitality and nice apartment

Although we (I and my family) have spent only a few days in Dublin, we have appreciated so much a comfortable and nice apartment provided by Liam, to whom my thanks are directed for his hospitality. The apartment is very close to the city center, adjacent to one of the main route where there are many shops and pubs. The apartment is located within an internal courtyard in a quite part of the city, 200 meters from the Spire.

Marlborough 1 Bed apartment review

I rented this apartment on behalf of my parents who were visiting Dublin from New Zealand. Right from the start we found Liam to be extremely courteous and helpful and he even offered a discount as my parents are over 65. My parents found the flat to be perfect for their requirements, extremely central to Dublin City and they felt very safe and secure. They also wanted to say thank you to Liam for meeting them prior to their arrival and taking them to the apartment to show them how things worked etc. They would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a safe and very central apartment to rent in Dublin.

Guinness hop store (35 mins) - In the Guinness factory complex this excellent visitor center tells the dramatic story of the 250 year history of Guinness. Shopping in Henry St (3 mins) and Grafton St (15 mins) department stores; pedestrian ambiance. Pro Cathedral (2 mins) - historic church. O'Connell St (3 mins) - Dublin premier wide street with the general post office - scene of 1916 insurrection. Christchurch and St Patrick Cathedral (15 mins) - beautiful buildings.
