Our beautiful one bedroom, two bathroom home, 38D, is a corner end upper level unit located on the greenbelt and has fabulous ocean views from nearly every window. It is in one of the quietest locations in Ekahi Village & is a short walk from the pool and Keawakapu Beach. Our condo is in the prestigious Wailea resort area which is regarded as the sunny side of Maui.
Our condo is tastefully appointed and has been recently re-modeled with central air conditioning, new carpet, new appliances, new lighting & plumbing fixtures, new linens, new furniture, custom cabinets, and an expanded master bedroom with office and wall bed.
We provide full linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, water shoes, life jackets for children, infant water wings, portable cooler, drying rack, and beach toys for your enjoyment. We also have a portable pack-n-play/playpen, beach tent, diaper change pad and baby chair for infant children. There are two flat screen cable TVs, a DVD player, a stereo with CD player, an IHome Entertainment centre, and High-Speed internet with WiFi. There is a washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, 2 hair dryers, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a propane Webber BBQ grill out on the spacious lanai. The living room features a comfortable queen-sized pullout sectional sofa (with new mattress) for extra guests. Also included for extra guests is a new comfortable double wall bed in the master bedroom.
Wailea Ekahi Village is a family-friendly vacation resort that spans 34 acres overlooking the pacific ocean and Keawakapu Beach. Resort amenities include four swimming pools, paddle tennis, shuffleboard, and barbecue area. A covered beachfront pavilion near the private beach entrance to Keawakapu Beach offers convenient access to bathroom facilities and a full kitchen with an icemaker to fill your cooler along with a cold water dispenser, refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven.

Ekahi Village is a gorgeous beach front location and extremely quiet - we chose our unit because it is centrally located, is quiet and has expansive, unobstructed views. We love being steps away from the beach and have enjoyed many strolls from the beach all the way to Makena and in the other direction to Kihei.
Hi all guests & potential guests, We wanted to let you know that a second fraudulent ad has been placed on Craigslist on Jan 31-14 in respect of our condo (http://honolulu.craigslist.org/mau/vac/4313507375) - the person is posing as the owner of our Condo Ekahi 38D. The person is looking for money ($110 per night) and is indicating it is available when it is not. Please do not trust this ad - we still do not have any posting on Craigslist advertising our condo as being available for rent. Our only ads for our condo are on this vrbo site (457082) and on www.mauiownercondos.com. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused anyone and rest assured that we have taken further steps with Craigslist and various internet fraud and law enforcement agencies to note that this is a fraudulent posting.
Beautiful view, quiet area. Convenient walk to the pool or beach. Enjoyed our stay at New Year's. One small suggestion would be a good dusting would help.
Mele Kalikimaka! This was our first time spending Christmas on the islands. Lucky for me, my milestone birthday wish was to spend it on Maui. The reviews were helpful in helping me decide on this condo. Rachel made it easy for me as I had some questions and she quickly responded. The condo has amazing views and beautiful sunsets that you will enjoy! The location is close enough to the Wailea Shops for a quick drive or walks along the beach path during the day. Kihei is also close enough for easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. I even enjoyed a nice run out to Starbucks into Kihei along the beach. I enjoyed watching all the surfers in the morning along the way. The condo was well equipped with everything you need from the updated fully stocked kitchen to storage containers to beach equipment for day trips. We also found board games and books to enjoy. The furniture and decor is modern and comfortable. We enjoyed our week here and wish we could stay longer. We will be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!
Everything was perfect. Nicely furnished. Had every accessory you could imagine. Just a little farther from the beach and I had imagined. But the beach and the beach next-door were beautiful
We loved the condo--great view, nice decor, very comfortable bed, all the beach stuff anyone would need, a kitchen with every utensil one could dream of. All great, but the best was the location, just a walk through a lovely garden to the beach. Did I mention quiet (except for the sweet sound of birds, which we enjoyed). From the perfect beach we took long, sunset walks to dinner--restaurants in both directions. Very romantic, even for old folks like us! We'll be back.
We had a marvelous stay at 38d. Wonderful air conditioned unit with very tasteful design, excellent amenities and location. We had beautiful sunsets every night which our friends staying in the complex did not, due to their location. The lanai and furniture was well equipped and sized, and we appreciated the fans in so many locations! Great kitchen, dishes and beach equipment. Ebverything we could have wished for. We will hope to stay here again! Fabulous eight nights! Thanks for providing such a well equipped home!
