It is a luxuriously appointed 2-story 2200 square feet townhome, across from the exciting Queens' Market Place shopping village. This is elegant 3 bedroom 3 bath vacation retreat, it has all the comforts of home, including gourmet-equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, private lanai with outdoor kitchen (Viking grill) and fully equipped office if you have to do some work. After all day at the beach, you can simply relax on the custom sofa or watch your favorite show in HD with Bose TV system.

Waikoloa Beach Resort is located on 1,350 pristine ocean-front acres. Here you find the perfect blend of Hawaiian culture and world class resort amenities. The King's Shops and Queen Marketplace are offering a wide array of fine dinning and shops including Sansei, Macaroni Grill, Roy's, there is a Starbucks and a food court for a casual lunch or dinner, also Gourmet Market if you need groceries.

We chose the Waikiloa Beach Villas for the best location at Waikoloa Beach Resort. There is only a very short walk to shopping, restaurants, farmer's market at King Shop's (every Wednesday) and the beach at A-bay

What makes this townhome unique

You will find better quality items throughout the unit. We believe in those small touches, replacing towels, sheets and blankets frequently, buying higher quality electronics, appliances, knives, pots, etc. Providing our guests with boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas.

Providing high speed internet with WiFi, cordless phones with free calls to US and Canada. Keeping all our guests happy is our highest priority. When you stay in our unit, we sincerely hope that you feel at home.

Fantastic vacation rental!

Our extended family had the pleasure of staying in this vacation rental property. This was our second stay here, and clearly we thought it was worth returning to - great decision.

The owners are exceptional people to work with, and the villa is perfect for a larger family or group.

The location is perfect for traveling to many of the nearby beaches - we did our share of boogie-boarding and many shops/amenities are within walking distance. The townhome has everything you could possibly need, it is a quiet location, and the kids enjoyed using the pool especially in the evenings as the stars were always bright.

Wonderful for family get togethers

Our stay had the grandkids crying when we told them it was time to leave. Great facility, modern, well-equipped, well-stocked with all the stuff you'd need for the beach, accommodating and responsive owners, easy walk to restaurants and shopping, and only 10 min. drive to great state beaches.

Lovely Private Villa in a Great Location

We stayed here for 2 1/2 weeks in March of 2015, a family of four. The townhome (Villa) is located at the end of the complex and so is very private. The villa itself is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable (both inside and out). We loved having this as our home base. The complex is beautiful and pristine, and the Waikoloa Beach Resort area is so beautiful - great for morning walks or runs. The proximity of this unit to the Queens Marketplace and Kings Shops is perfect. We absolutely loved our stay here, and look forward to returning.

Excellent Location

We stayed this townhouse from Oct 18 - 23rd, 2014. (5 adults and 2yr old) It is an end unit townhouse with complete privacy and a large cement pad for lounging and BBQ's. The house is fully stocked, has A/C and free WIFI. It's a large unit (2200 sqft) and has plenty of room for 8 couples (3 bedroom and a den area with pull-out sofa). The Waikoloa Villas has two pools and a gym to use. The first pool is very close to the townhouse and the second is near the gate. The Waikoloa Villas are across from the Queen's Market and next door to the King's Shops, all within walking distance. The A-Bay Beach is approx 15-20 minute walk but a 2 minute drive with ample parking. Down the Mamalahoa HWY is Hapuna Beach, which is spectacular! The cost of entry is $5US a day or buy a pass for $10US for the week if you intend on going to other State Parks. Overall, you cannot go wrong with this unit. It's comfortable, in a great location and nicely decorated. The owner was quick to respond to my emails. I would highly recommend this unit.

Everything promised and then some!

I would highly recommend this unit if your travels take you to the Waikoloa Beach area. "Home away from home" is an understatement! It was nicer than home in many ways, with high end appliances, utensils and furniture. It was very quiet, clean and the community is pristine. The unit is close to one of two pools and plenty of pool toys are available in the garage (we donated foam noodles to the collection). It is walking distance to A-bay, shopping and an easy drive to the rest of the islands attractions. The owners were easy to work with and available when we had a question during our stay. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful condo!

We really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo. Well equipped, and with comfortable beds, and even some nice extras such as the boogie boards which we loved using at Hapuna beach. The grounds were well kept with 2 very nice pools and it is in a great location right next to the Queens and Kings shops, and only a short distance to the beach.

Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating.
