An onsite restaurant and Tiki Bar (food is amazing!), walking trails, tennis courts, four community pools, fitness center, and even a beach with views onto Lake Davenport.

We took a family vacation to Bahama Bay (my parents included) and fell in love with the resort. We all sat around the pool outside of the tiki bar talking about investment opportunities and just said why not!? This place is perfect! I'm sure you will not be disappointed! Bahama Bay is one of the few affordable resorts in the area that have a restaurant on site. There really is no reason to leave!

HOUSE RULES: - Air conditioning not to go below 72 degrees - Shoes off while inside the condo - NO SMOKING in the condo - All items within the unit are inventoried prior to guest arrival and upon departure of each guest. All items are to remain inside the condo upon departure. This includes and is not limited to: towels, beach towels, wash clothes, fitted sheets, flat sheets, blankets, wall decor, utensils, kitchen items, etc. Any and all missing items will be billed to the guest for a full refund.

This condo was beautifully decorated and spacious. It was centrally located close to Disney, shopping, & dining. Will definitely be a repeat renter.

Bonito, comodo, bien equipado y precio razonablemente......

El lugar es muy bonito, comodo y todo limpio, el entorno muy agradable lleno de vegetación, silencioso. Definitivamente hay que tener carro para llegar a el ya que esta lejos de restaurantes y otros servicios......nosotros somos 4 y nos quedo super bien y si volveria a este lugar. Lo unico que nos dio problema fue el check inn por que debiamos de tener un codigo para entrar al apartamento que no teniamos y en la recepcion no nos ayudaron. Al fin llamamos a Erin a la una de la mañana y ella nos dio el codigo.....ojo con eso. Yo si lo recomiendo.....¡¡¡¡¡¡

Not very clean. The cockroaches one on my wife in bed. No exclamation whatsoever with TP salt-and-pe

Owner's Response: My property does not have cockroaches. I pay a contracted price to have regular preventative treatments for all household "bugs" along with a management company who does regular cleaning. Items such as "Salt and pepper" are not a mandatory standard in any rental property. Unfortunately, this is up to the management company and something I just learned of recently. It is also something I will be paying extra to include within my unit. I do not appreciate your negative review when I know my property is very clean and very well maintained. If during your stay you were unsatisfied you could have reached out any time to the management company or myself, yet you did not. I'm sorry if you felt inconvenienced in any way during your stay but I'm sure the lack of sat and pepper did not cause your trip to be horrible.

Additional information about rental rates

Renter is liable for any and all damages occurred at renters own fault to items and property within the unit. This also includes any missing/stolen items. Owner has right to determine value of property/item. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
