This is a terrific apartment in the heart of Paddington, London just a few minutes walk from Paddington Railway Station (where the Heathrow Express arrives), Edgware Road, Hyde Park etc.
The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a corner building on an attractive, quiet block. Spread over two floors, it has a spacious, bright living room, a large, eat-in kitchen and two bedrooms on the top floor, a master bedroom and smaller bedroom. In the master bedroom there is a King-size bed from the store Loaf, and in the smaller bedrooms a queen size bed, and there is both a high quality folding bed and an airbed also available. There is both a washer and dryer and wi-fi. The apartment was recently renovated; both the kitchen and bathroom were completely refreshed and a new carpet was laid down.
All the amenities are extreme close: three grocery stores (Tesco's Paddington, Marks and Spencer's food hall) are literally around the corner; Paddington and Edgware Rd. Tube stops are a couple minutes walk; Hyde Park is 4 minutes walk; and the area has numerous restaurants of all kinds nearby. My favourite local places are the Middle Eastern restaurants on Edgware Rd. and the Front Line Club restaurant on Norfolk Place. There are also numerous pubs in the area!
The apartment is privately owned by me, but is professionally managed by a company that specializes in VRBO rentals. They ensure the apartment is immaculate before each rental and any issues during a guest's stay are resolved.
The flat is a great base for a visit to London. Because of the light and space, it's really nice to spend time in, but it's location also couldn't be more central. It's an especially good flat for families, because of its size.

I booked to stay here for two nights in May. While the reservation was promptly made, details on our impending arrival such as how to pick up the key, failed to arrive, despite repeated emails. We arrived late in the evening and I tried every method of contacting someone to let us in, to no avail. We finally had to walk around the corner to a nearby hotel for the night. I did eventually hear and we were profusely apologized to. Once we got in the next day, it was a nice enough place - quiet with comfortable beds and centrally located close to Paddington Station.
We had a great stay at the flat, it's in a very central location, close to shops and the tube. We had our 4 kids with us and it was just big enough to sleep everyone comfortably. The bathroom is very updated a clean, as is the rest of the property. Highly recommended.
We were a group of three adults visiting London for the first time. This apartment was a wonderful home base! Super easy access to Metro lines, grocery stores, restaurants, and pubs..all easy walking distance (one of our group is 70). The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, linens, and even basic toiletries! The neighborhood feels very safe, and the apartment is well secured. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, and there was plenty of space for all of us. I would highly recommend this property, and look forward to staying here on our next trip to London!
We just recently stayed at this flat and really enjoyed it. Jasper was wonderful to work with. Quick communication and answers to questions we had prior to our arrival. Location is very convenient and worked well for what we were looking for. Close walk to Paddington station and Edgware Road tube station. Bus stops right around the corner as well. I run early in the morning and felt very safe being out. Close to Hyde park for running, bike rides and walking. We were allowed access early to allow us to drop off our luggage. Everything you would need for your stay is provided. Washer and Dryer in the flat was a huge bonus as well. Close to grocery stores and shopping. We will definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend!
My family of 5 had a wonderful time in London and the property was in a perfect location for all our needs. Jasper and his team were wonderful to work with with the flat being spacious, clean and close to restaurants, a grocery store and the Paddington and Edgeware tube stations. Cheers!!
We just got back from our holiday, and this property was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location was perfect - easy to get to from Heathrow, just a few minutes from Paddington Station as well as the Edgeware Road station.
The management were fantastic. Extremely helpful and friend.y. We were met upon arrival, and everything was tidy and ready for us. The flat is amazingly updated for being in an old building; it had all the amenities a person could want. We really enjoyed having such a spacious flat to return to in the evenings. It made it feel like we were at home.
I would warn that the pub around the corner can get noisy at the weekend, but that was a minor problem at best.
We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend it to anyone. I miss it already!
