Walk up one flight to enter this two-story oceanfront townhouse with Atlantic ocean views from the living room and its balcony, the master bedroom, and bedroom 2. Oceanfront townhouse sleeps up to 6 people. King in the master bedroom, king in bedroom 2, two twins in bedroom 3. Follow the adjacent wooden walkway to and from the beach or take a dip in the on-site courtyard pool a few steps away. Ocean Club has parking in front of each condominium. It is located in South Forest Beach and within walking distance of Coligny Plaza & Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This quiet end-unit location makes Ocean Club 38 a favorite among our repeat guests.

Love HHI

Great location. Rough condition & dated

The location was wonderful and the grounds were nice. The unit was pretty rough. Blinds were old and not secure. Linens and beds were old and needed updated. Kitchen was worn out and it was pretty average for a beach condo. But it’s priced ok and I didn’t expect much more. Back patio is very hot and located upstairs off bedroom and isn’t very easy to use. Could really use an umbrella or two for some shade. Would probably seek another option on our next trip.

Beach front Townhome

We had a great time at Ocean Club. We picked this property based on the views and the proximity to the beach. It did not disappoint! We were steps from the walkway to the beach. We loved sitting on the top deck in the morning and evening when it wasn't too hot. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. My only complaint would be the kitchen is pretty tight and not equipped as nicely as we are used to....but there is a lot of restaurants close by! It was more than sufficient for breakfast and lunches. The thermostat was also limited to not go below 68 and I am not sure how accurate it was. The bedrooms - particularly the twin bedroom - could get pretty warm even at night.

Beautiful Week on HHI

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very close to the beach & convenient to shopping. It had a beautiful view from the small porch and the full rooftop deck. It was spacious and each bedroom had privacy. The ac was not cooling very well, however the rental co quickly delivered fans when we called. Some of the furniture was in disrepair and very hard to open drawers. Also, the bathrooms and kitchen needed updating with broken cabinets and shower handles not working properly. The vents and returns were dirty.
