As a 4 bedroom unit on the 15th floor, you have 2292 square feet, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 huge balconies, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, and 2 Gulf front master bedrooms. These are 2 condos that are joined together inside by two fire-rated soundproof doors.
For your parking convenience, there are 2 reserved parking spaces for your use directly under the condos on level 2 and level 3. There are also 31 non-reserved first-come, first- served parking spaces across the street from the condo. Also, I provide parking for two cars at a secured storage facility (gated, video monitored, and 24 hour gate access) that is less than a mile away. (.8 of a mile) Total space for parking is 34 feet by 10 feet in the secured storage facility.
The kitchens have many upgrades including granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances. They are also stocked with pots, pans, baking ware, cooking utensils, eating utensils, plates, water glasses, wine glasses, and more. You will also find coffee pots, toasters, microwaves, blenders and mixers. All the conveniences of home!
The dining areas have seating for 14 including 2 tables, 10 chairs and 4 bar stools. Great for family/group meals and playing games!
Both living areas have direct views of the beautiful Gulf water! The living areas include couches, chairs, tables with lamps, ceiling fans, and draperies for privacy. They also include large 55 in. flat screen TV's and Blu Ray/DVD 3D Wireless players with Smart Apps ( Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and others for video streaming)
This condo offers two Gulf front master suites, each with a king size bed. They are each accommodated with luxurious bed linens, drapes, 32 in. flat screen TV, Blu Ray/DVD player with video streaming, bedside lighting and ceiling fan. The large siding glass doors in each suite offers access to the 10' X 28' Gulf front balcony. Each master suite has a private master bathroom with a tub/shower combo, vanity sink, and bath linens.
There are two guest bedrooms each with two queen beds. This is a total of FOUR queen beds. Each have beautiful and comfortable bed linens, window blinds, bedside lighting, 26 in. flat screen TV, Sony Blu Ray/DVD player with video streaming and ceiling fan. There is access from the bedroom to the second bathroom. The bathroom has a full size tub/shower combination, sink vanity, and bath linens.
The TWO private 10' X 28' balconies are among the largest you will find in the area. From the balcony you can watch the beautiful sunsets, dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, parasailing, boating and much, much more. The balconies are furnished with seating for relaxing and private dining.
There are a total of two laundry rooms, one in each condo. Each include an apartment size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, mop, and broom.
Also for your comfort, 8 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas are provided for your beach set-up. These are located in the laundry rooms and you can place them wherever you would like on the beach. Extra umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, and boogie boards are provided in two storage boxes, one box on each balcony.
If you would prefer, on-site beach chair rental is available.

We were a group of 8 adults ready for a 3 day music event that was cancelled due to Hurricane Hermine! So thankful we chanced it and decided to weather the storm! Although it was rainy most of our stay, Lisa's condo's were the perfect place to ride it out! EVERYTHING was great! All we needed were personal items and food! Kitchen, bathroom, common area and bedrooms had everything we needed and more! The place was absolutely spotless and the beds were comfortable. We snagged the master suite with the balcony and loved it! We felt like we were home and truly hated to leave! Needless to say we will be returning customers as often as we can! Thank you, Lisa! The condos were great - just as described with plenty of room for everyone, comfortable furniture and beds. We loved, loved, loved the view of the ocean. The balconies were huge with plenty of seating. The owners have provided everything needed for kids on the beach - surf boards, buckets & shovels, beach chairs, umbrellas. We were so impressed with how well the condo is stocked with little items needed that aren't normally provided in a condo.
The owner was extremely nice and helpful, going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The only negative we have is that the parking deck is very tight for parking and going up and down between floors.
Would love to stay here again!!!!
We have 4 couples and the rooms are perfect for us! Very clean, well maintained, and almost everything you need is provided. Good beds, nice kitchens, great balconies, and the view is wonderful! Dolphins, rays, and even saw a manatee on the beach. Elevators are as good as could be expected and parking is tight. Awesome 7 days!!!
The property was an incredible value for the price. We had a total of 12 people staying and everyone was extremely comfortable with plenty of room. The property is very nicely updated, the views are spectacular, the amenities are great, and the beach was family friendly.
The level to detail Lisa has given to make guests feel welcome is second to none. I have stayed at several places and never has so much been made available to me during my stay. While most vacation homes are baron, I was very impressed at how well stocked the condo was. Trash bags, cleaning supplies, tupperware, dish detergent, ziploc bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, grilling utensils, salt & pepper, sewing kit, etc. For once I didnt' have to spend another $100 at the store on this and that. Thank you Lisa!

Awesome beach location!! Our condo is located on the quiet, peaceful & serene Westside of PCB. We are only 2 miles away from the incredible new shopping, eating, and entertainment venue---Pier Park.
If you like golf, there are several courses in the area: Hombre Golf Club, Bay Point and Signal Hill Golf Ciub are a few examples.

There is a 25% payment due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before your arrival date. The remaining balance includes the $600 refundable damage deposit.
RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS: The Renter’s minimum age to book a reservation and occupy the property is 25. The minimum age for reservations is subject to review and approval the owner. Persons renting must be 25 years of age or older and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein and all other documents associated with this reservation. The Renter must be physically present and occupy the rental unit. You agree that the minimum age will be checked upon check-in and at any time during your stay. There must be one (1) person over the age of 25 for every four (4) persons under the age of 25 occupying the property (except during spring break). During spring break (March 1-April 25), there must be one (1) person over age 25 for every two (2) persons under age 25 occupying the property. While on property, the renter(s) over the age of 25 must accompany those under the age or 25 at all times.
Rates are subject to change until confirmed.
Cancellation Policy-- Payments on account will not be refunded on cancellations unless the unit is re-rented for the same rental income. If the property is not re-rented for the cancelled period, the entire advance rental payment will be forfeited. If the property is re-rented, your advance payment (less any difference in rental income) will be refunded upon receipt of payment from the new guest. You can also purchase travel insurance at your discretion.
