Awesome place to stay. Beautiful house and scenery.
Place was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back. Very spacious.
Spacious, clean, breathtaking views!
House was in great condition, plenty of parking. Multiple porches with hot tub overlooking the Smokey Mountains was incredible! Bedroom situation was ideal— two Kings, one queen, and two twin beds each bedroom with their own bathroom. Plenty of linens. If trying to cook meals in kitchen, most everything you would need is there, although knives were impossible to cut with due to dullness. The pots/pans/glassware/dinnerware/utensils were well stocked. Road leading to house is very steep and winding up the mountain, paved the entire way. There was no snow/ice the weekend we went, so cannot comment on access during those conditions. Overall, excellent stay and would come back!
Absolutely gorgeous cabin, but don't stay in winter.
Absolutely gorgeous cabin. Plenty of space for 7-8 people. Beautiful views of the mountains. We stayed for New Year's Eve weekend with our family. The place is located practically at the apex of the mountain. Unfortunately there was an unexpected ice storm while we were down in the valley on our third day. We could not make it back up to the cabin. We called and spoke with the emergency line which had no solutions on how to get back up there (for the next 2-3 days) and no solutions on where to stay. We had to rent hotel rooms and then hike up the mountain the next day for our luggage and family medications. We only got to stay 2 of the 4 nights we paid for the cabin. And no refund. So do not rent in winter or if you do prepare to stay there the entire time and don't come down. Even a 4 wheel drive could not make it up the curvy and steep roads on that mountain in ice.
This home has incredible views from every floor. I was not sure from the pictures if this was a duplex, it is not. Pictures do not do this house justice!! The house was much larger than I had thought it would be and had great decks on every level. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The hot tub was in pristine condition. I would recommend this house to anyone!
