This perfect Ski In/Out condo is situated directly next to the Quicksilver lift at Peak 9. It is also just steps away from Main Street where you can enjoy dining and shop til you drop!
Enjoy all new furniture throughout... including...yes a brand new 'king size bed'! Among the all new furniture is a convertible sofa bed which has an upgraded foam mattress for added comfort! Brand new carpet, a flat screen TV with cable and DVD is also included! Private ski/board locker steps from your room.
Please note the beautiful partial views of Peaks 6,7,8,9 & 10 and the Quicksilver lift while relaxing on the couch, at the breakfast bar and even while preparing a meal.
The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, granite tile and pretty much everything you can think of to make all the terrific meals you wish for those cozy nights (or mornings) you stay in! This includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, range and microwave. For the comforts of home, also included are items such as a coffee maker, French press, crock pot, and blender to name a few. We believe you will be truly satisfied with this fully equipped kitchen for all of your culinary needs! City Market can be visited with only a 2 minute taxi ride or shuttle ride away.
The bathroom is made up of 3 private rooms (separate toilet, shower/bath room and sink area). These upgrades include new tile as well as a double vanity, toilet and fixtures. Everything is fresh and new! Also included will be shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, etc. All towels, linens, cozy blankets, etc. are included as well!
Other amenities included are The Village at Breckenridge Health Club which has an indoor/outdoor pool, four outdoor hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room, workout room and locker room. There is also a heated parking garage to save your windshield wipers from freezing (parking pass required). Summer parking is free. However, there is really no need to even rent a car while staying at the Liftside Condo as we are just steps to the lift, Main Street, and a free shuttle bus stop is located just across the street to get you around Summit County. Round trip shuttles are available to and from the airport as well.
For your days or nights on the town, just cross the street and there you are on Main Street! Various dining experiences available from family to romantic!
We love Eric's Pizza for family night and for romantic dining experience...we really enjoy the Briar Rose for Steak. Also, don't miss all the great shopping that Breckenridge has to offer from tourist shops to one-of-a kind exclusive boutiques. Horse and carriage rides available along Main Street too!
This unit is perfectly located for all seasonal activities including:
Winter Activities: Skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, snowmobiling, sledding, snow shoeing, sleigh rides, etc.
Summer Activities: Hiking, biking, golf, horseback riding, fishing, etc.
First, We want to thank the owners really provided the best service and a great home to us! The location is just absolute perfect! Walking distance to the Quicksilver super chair lift. We can look out the window and know if the ski lift has started in the morning. Condo has fully equipped kitchen. Perfect size room for my husband and I. Very comfortable and clean room. The storage locker is also a plus. We can store our helmet and boards in the locker room instead of our room. Centrally located to town. Close to all the great restaurants and shops. We love it so much, we might want to make it a yearly tradition. Thanks to Lori and Chris! We would love to come back to your unit again!! ❤
We stayed here in August with our 6-month old daughter. We were in town for a wedding and especially loved the location. The unit was super clean and had everything we could have wanted and more. Highly recommended!
This sixth-floor condo is extremely well furnished with all linens, utensils and appliances for gracious living. The king bed is soft. The condo is immaculate. The large West window looks out on the Ten Mile Range with an unobstructed view to the Northwest. Lori, the owner, was very welcoming and available (via phone and internet) and instantly reprogrammed our our garage key-card when it didn't work. Instructions on access to the condo and parking were detailed and accurate. Construction on the plaza of "The Village at Breckenridge" (the building complex) was not a problem; it's on the South side of the building, access to the condo is from the North and the view is to the West. We did not use the pull-out queen sofa-bed - with the sofa-bed pulled out, the room would be full.
We were in Breckenridge in June for our daughter's wedding. This was our first visit to Colorado---waking up to the mountain view felt magical. The condo is exactly as the pictures indicate--very clean and modern with a well-equipped kitchen. The location is central to restaurants and shops. The building is quiet and the staff is friendly with directions. But perhaps the most important point: Lori, the owner, is very professional and very kind, responding quickly to emails and returning our deposit within a couple days. With all of the details involved in traveling, it's reassuring to know that Lori will have the condo ready for your arrival. We had a wonderful vacation in Breckenridge! Thank you!
We had an absolutely incredible stay. Lori, the owner, was outstanding and had very detailed communication. The condo was everything the pictures portrayed and stocked beyond expectations! Nice sized living area and VERY spacious bathroom - shower/tub, double sink/vanity, and toilet area all separated by with their own doors... Perfect! Linens, kitchen pots/utensils, and seating all very well thought out! Gorgeous view, right next to the ski lift on Peak 9 and as close to Main Street as you can get!
The rental me and my boyfriend stayed in March 3-8 2016 was perfect! Ski slopes were literally out the back door and we walked to everything on main st. The condo was upgraded nicely. Perfect size for the both of us. There were a few hot tubs as well as indoor and outdoor pool and a nice gym. The king size bed was comfy as well. It was overall peaceful with a nice view and I would for sure stay here again! Thank you Lori for allowing us to stay in your condo! Our ski trip was perfect!
