The owner has done a very nice job in remodeling this 40 year old condo. Close to the laundry and pool/workout room/community room. Neighbors are friendly. Lots of snowbirds; if you come after Easter or in the summer months, you practically have the community to yourself. Located maybe 2 blocks from Tamiami Trail/US 41, so close to Bell Tower Shops, Target, Costco, multiple dining options. Not too far from Summerlin - easy to get to Sanibel/Captiva and Ft. Myers Beach. Owner is very personable and easy to reach. I would definitely stay again!
We rented this unit Feb/Mar 2016. Pascal was extremely responsive! The unit was perfect, comfortable, and exactly as the pictures showed. We met many people (owners and renters) from the condo, and the association welcomed renters to their fabulous pot lucks, and other planned activities. Great place, great people, great stay!!!
My wife and I spent the past month of January in this property, It is exactly like the pictures represent , it is well stocked and maintained and very clean.
The bed was very comfortable and the laundry room is a few steps away which is convenient .Parking is right in front of the unit and the neighbors are very pleasant, the surrounding area is quite and the outside patio is also quite and nice, the pool is heated and they have a nice gym and the outside barbeque works great, the internet connection is perfect never had an issue.
The location makes it very accessible to the beaches in Sanibel and Captiva and shopping for all the Fort Myers attractions. We would absolutely stay here again it is a great getaway.
Finally, the owner is an absolute pleasure to work with any small issue or question we had was answered very quickly ,when your travels take you to South West Florida this is the place top stay.
