Modern air conditioned one bedroom, one bathroom apt with 2 single divans & sofabed, fully equipped kitchen dining lounge. Towels & Linen supplied. Furnished to a high standard with unrestricted sea views from a private balcony and separate roof terrace with views of Stromboli. Private parking and access is to the rear of the property. Short walk to shops, railway station and sandy beach. We can provide food packages on request.

Wifi is free in local bars so we do not provide this in the apartment.

Why Bill Stewart chose Vibo Valentia

Originally we were looking for an investment opportunity and had previously looked at apartments in Spain. However when we came for a short visit to Calabria we realised what a special unspoilt place it is. We loved the beautiful coastline, the welcoming locals and the slower pace of life here, great for relaxing. We decided on this apartment because of its great location and stunning views and we try to holiday here as often as we can.

What makes this apartment unique

Stunning coastline views, beautiful sunsets, Sunshine, its proximity to the beach, restaurants, local shops and train station. You can choose a relaxing holiday or pursue beach activities or tour the coastline North or South using the coastal train. Beautiful Tropea town is a short drive away or if you want to try the local vino, use the coastal train. Its worth visiting for its old world charm, cafes and bars. Did I mention the Sunshine!

This one bedroomed apartment within a security gated complex is nestled into the hillside of Zambrone. It has excellent views of the sea and Volcanic islands. Just relax and unwind watching the sun setting over Stomboli. During the day explore the two beaches of Marina di Zambrone, both within a 10 minute walk of the apartment. A convenient well stocked supermarket is just around the corner. If you prefer to eat out, the local restaurants and hotels offer good value. 7km South, you will find the beautiful holiday town of Tropea hosting a large number of restaurants, pizzerias and ice-cream parlours. In the evenings, live music can be found in the local bars and hotels. 15km North you can find the beautiful coastal town of Pizzo with its castle and fish restaurants. The sun terrace (roof) is accessible by outside spiral stair case. Children must be supervised at all times when using the sun terrace. Parking is available at the rear of the apartment. No smoking is allowed inside.
