This unit has all new paint, carpet, new flat screen tvs in each bedroom a wall mounted 42 inch flat screen in the living room, new pillow top mattresses in each bedroom.... unit has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.... The unit is oversized as is the private balcony that is over 26 feet in length.... has all new bedspreads and pillows along with custom made drapes and windo treatments. It is hands down a gorgeous and very well maitained unit cleaned to an impeccable standard. It is non smoking oceanfront condo and affords its guests the ultimate comfort, along with great amenities. This does not apply to mother and fathers with children albeit in those cases the parents must be over the age of 25. Rental Agreement is required! Vehicles must be 6 foot 8 inches or less to fit into the parking garage.
