It’s completely furnished and includes a brand new 42” LED TV with Dish network. Enjoy staying at your own private residence. Sleeps 6 in 2 large bedrooms with 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds and Queen sleeper sofa.

We purchased this home and personally love staying here and biking to local restaurants and events in this gorgeous weather. This quaint and charming neighborhood has plenty of newly remodeled homes that still have the charm of the 1950's. The neighborhood has some of the original owners as well as young urban professionals. We love the convenience and watching the runners, bikers, and people out and about with their pets!
This property backs the Arizona Canal trail which is perfect access to bike, walk, or run to many of the local restaurants with outdoor dog-friendly patios catering to outdoor enthusiasts and 'foodies.' It also has direct views of Camelback Mountain from the back patio which is great to enjoy with morning coffee. The neighborhood is friendly & social, which makes for a most enjoyable stay.
We stayed here on a last minute request, we decided to get out for some nice weather. Kristin & Andy were very accommodating. The backyard was perfect for our dogs as was the walking trail on the canal. There were so many dog friendly locations in the area. The home was darling and well stocked, clean and comfortable. We would recommend to others that want to stay in this area, without a doubt!
Charming neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Surprisingly spacious and fully enclosed backyard was perfect for small dogs not to escape from. Kristin was very friendly & responded promptly to all inquires. We liked that the house & yard were completely level with no steps for our large older arthritic dog. Fast wifi.
My son and his family (two kids, 6 and 2) stayed at the house as our family was gathering to be together at my daughter's who lives near-by. We have been in and out of the Arcadia neighborhood multiple times over the last few years. It is our preferred location for proximity to great restaurants, shopping, outdoor activities, and entertainment. We also appreciated the view of Camelback Mountain from the back of the house.
Although we had a pack-n-play, we were missing a high chair. Kristen ordered one from Amazon and had it delivered by our arrival date. I had another interaction with Dan about numbers of keys. He immediately responded to my call.
We found the instructions for getting into the house and closing it at the end of our visit very clear and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this property, it's owners, and the location. Susan Rainey
This home provided us everything that we needed to feel comfortable for a one month stay. We were especially pleased that we could travel with our two golden doodles. The location is outstanding as far as getting around to both Phoenix and Scottsdale. Being near Camelback and the many restaurants and shops added to our enjoyment of being in Arizona. We enjoyed this property and hope to return someday soon.

The location is outstanding and the house was just perfect for our family. Easy access to the infamous canal that everybody wants to walk and jog along. Incredible restaurants just a minute away. The neighborhood was charming and so many wonderful people live in this area. Andy and Kristin were great in making sure we had everything we needed. Just a fantastic experience that we are very thankful for. One of the best rentals in the area for sure.
Area is great. lots to see and do. 1 week is not enough time to enjoy all of the great options.
We had a wonderful stay in this adorable little house. We met our adult children in Phoenix to take in some Spring Training games and enjoy a little warmer weather! This was the perfect place for us! We enjoyed being able to prepare some of our own meals, walk to local restaurants and it was nice to sit outside on the patio both morning and evenings!!
This homes is perfectly situated for easy access to the best of Arizona. Nearby you will find numerous golf courses, fine dining and shopping areas, family friendly entertainment, movie cinemas, parks and recreational areas, upscale nightlife, and much more. A short drive will get you to Old Town Scottsdale, the Kierland Commons, the Scottsdale Quarters, City North, Desert Ridge, the TPC Open, Barrett-Jackson Auto Show, the Arabian Horse Show, Casinos, less than 3 miles from Spring Training Fields, and quick access to the Scottsdale Airpark.
