Seaside Pines offers a comfy home with spacious kitchen, relaxing enclosed porth, free Wi-Fi and cable TV, three full bedrooms (master has NEW queen bed for 2018), plus roll-away single bed and Pack 'n Play. Third bedroom has twin bed, TV, private bathroom and shower, making this home great for small family reunions. The extra outdoor shower is a real treat, and the BBQ grill and large back yard off the enclosed sun room make for welcome indoor and outdoor relaxation all season long.
On days when the house is listed as being unavailable, we can sometimes make special arrangements to accommodate our guests. So, don't hesitate to send us a message with your request. It doesn't hurt to ask.
The house is on private land and offers parking for up to 4 vehicles. There is enough room in this home for everyone to have some alone time. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, half a block from the ocean. There's a large yard behind the house nestled among the pine trees. If you're looking for privacy in a quiet, safe and secure environment, Seaside Pines is the place for you.
You will have full use of the living areas in the house, including the roomy kitchen complete with pots, dishes, glassware and silverware. (The attic and basement are off limits.) There is a one-room lockout attached to the house. This room is for the owner's use only, and is not available to rent. It will remain empty during your stay, unless alternate arrangements are made with you ahead of time. Fresh and clean bed linens and towels are supplied at the beginning of your stay. Beach towels, beach umbrellas and picnic baskets are available for your use as well.
You are welcome to call me at any time if you need help with anything. My goal is to make sure your stay is at least as good as you expect it to be. Help yourself to the bottled water, fresh fruit and other goodies when they are available.
Cape Cod offers such diverse natural beauty that it's impossible to see it all in one visit. Be sure to check out some of the many inlets, the lighthouses, and other hidden treasures along the water's edge. I am a photographer, so I know about some especially gorgeous hidden spots that you might not otherwise venture to on your own. If this interests you, I will be happy to provide a map to some of the more picturesque areas.
The neighborhood is safe for walking and enjoying the outdoors. There is a nice park about a block away. It's great for relaxing, walking or letting the kids have fun. Ask me about the many excellent restaurants and unique shops in the area. There are lots of places on the Cape for outdoor fun and recreation. Check out the numerous mini-golf courses, hiking trails, bike paths, go-karts, whale watching excursions and much more. Or just relax in the screened-in porch. It's your time, enjoy it!
Driving your own vehicle is probably the best way to explore the Cape, but other options are available as well. There is limited bus service, so ask if you need assistance. Bike rental is available nearby, and rideshare services like Uber are an excellent option when you don't want to drive.
