Spacious master bedroom with private full size bathroom and an amazing private balcony. Second bedroom has a set of bunk beds as well as a full size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bathroom, located on the main floor, also has a walk-in shower to accommodate guests using the sleeper sofa. The spacious living room opens up to a large balcony with a sitting area that overlooks the sparkling pool. The beautiful white sand beach and the serene lagoon are both just a short walk from the front door!

About Frances Latham

Growing up in GA we vacationed at Jekyll and St. Simons Island, GA; Daytona and Panama City Beach, FL and Myrtle Beach, SC. The first trip we made to beautiful Gulf Shores, AL, we bought a condo. We rented the condo to other vacationers until we retired and made it our permanent residence. We bought another condo in the Pleasure Isle Villas complex so we can continue to share this lovely place with others.

Why Frances Latham chose Alabama Gulf Coast

Pleasure Isle Villas is the best complex on the Island for so many reasons. Primarily we have only 38 privately owned Units with lots of outdoor space to enjoy. We are located in the popular West Beach area.

What makes this townhome unique

It is more like being at home than in a motel or highrise because of the spaciousness. You have your own covered parking right at your doorstep. No elevators or parking fees. Best of all, we have deeded beach access so you don't have to worry with finding or driving to public access. You just follow the brick walkway to the boardwalk right across the street.

This was our second year to stay at this condo. The condo is spacious accommodated 6 adults comfortable. The balcony overlooks the pool. Easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will rent again.

Great Home!

This was our fourth year staying in this home as we love it. You have a pool right outside your unit, and just a quick walk across the street to the beach. It suited our 6 guests perfectly.

Beautifully decorated. Very clean with plenty of room.

We especially love the location of this unit. The balcony overlooks the pool and has easy access to the beach. Everyone is friendly and willing to answer any questions about the property. We had a wonderful time on our vacation and would love to go back again.

The condo faces the pool and tennis court and is about a 2 minute walk to the beach and the lagoon. About five minutes away are some of the best beach restaurants, including THE HANGOUT, which hosts live bands and concerts throughout the summer and is only two miles from the condo.
