2 bedroom apartment within private complex in peaceful Chamonix location

Situated in an area of perfect peace and calm away from the hustle of the centre of Chamonix. Accommodation is comfortable and cosy with a super log fire in the lounge The chalet sleeps four people easily with two bedrooms upstairs; one double, one bunk room. There are also two additional 'double sofa beds' in the lounge for further guests.

The appartment has a private west facing garden and patio with unimpaired views of Mont Blanc to the South. There is ample parking as well as a ski locker and underground parking.

On the ground floor the apartment has a lounge/dining area and lounge seating along with flat screen TV and DVD player. The lounge has double opening doors which lead onto decking. There is also a sofa bed for 2.

The kitchen is open style with breakfast bar separating it from the dining/lounge area. It has all a full kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher and washing machine plus all required utensils. There is a bathroom with wet-room style shower and WC

I bought the chalet as a keen snowboarder. Since 2004 I have got married and started a family. We have 2 young kids who love Chamonix. If finances would allow we would spend much more time there.

Beau demi chalet au calme

Très bonne situation pour ce demi chalet avec une vue imprenable et à 150 m de l’arrêt de bus qui amène aux pistes et bonus : au pied d’un sentier de randonnée. Chamonix est à quelques minutes en bus ou train. Bon accueil et belles prestations. Reste à installer un micro ondes et ce sera parfait. A noter : L’ambiance du chalet est vraiment sympa.

Chamonix is just a one hour drive from Geneva airport.

The chalet appartment is located in Les Bossons which is a very peaceful part of the Chamonix Valley. The nearest ski slopes are Brevent or Les Houches both of which are 5 minutes by car.

The property is in a private complex close just a 100 metres from the river. The garden and terrace are west facing and overlooked by the spectacular Mont Blanc.

Ample parking is provided within the chalet complex including a dedicated underground garage.

The train and local ski bus also stop just a short walk away. Trains take just 5 minutes to reach the centre of town.
