The folks at UVH were very helpful in our search for the perfect place. They also helped us get discounted lift tickets and made the whole process painless. The home is very nice, with a large living room with lots of seating, a fireplace, and hottub that made the experience that much more enjoyable. The house was bright and cheery, nicely decorated and well equipped. We had 7 people staying there comfortably but the place could accommodate a few more. On the less positive side, the TV in the living room is small and old. We were there for the olympics, and would have preferred to have a larger screen and high definition, but the screen they have is an older 27" tube with only standard def. The only other criticism I have is that it is about a half mile walk to the main area of Main street. That's not too bad really, but if your legs are tired from a day of riding, that walk back home after dinner is uphill, up about 100 steps and feels longer than it is. Overall, I recommend UVH and this particular house. We really enjoyed our stay.
The VACASA team do a great job to ensure a lovely vacation. The home is connected to other condos and is beautiful. There are high ceilings, nice counter tops and beautiful views. Get Dru's phone number in advance of your stay so that your questions can be answered as soon as you arrive. You can't go wrong with this rental.
A great place for family gathering. We were there the last weekend of skiing, but still fun!!
This place was so amazing we were sad to leave at the end of the week. It's the best unit on this Vintage on the Strand development as it's the closest unit to the loft and has great corner unit views. Very high end finishes, Venetian plaster. It's a multi-million dollar home done right. Steam sauna in the master bath was a nice surprise. The master suite is HUGE. This is a 3 story home, so be prepared to climb stairs. Only complaints - hot tub was rather small - really fits 2 comfortably though it does have the nice new modular jets and a fire pit right next to it. As other reviews posted - it is ski out on heavy snow days only. There is a short tunnel that leads to the end of the Sunrise run at the base of the main gondola. Lots of dirt and rocks when we were there. It would be difficult to ski-in because of the steep hill at the end. Nevertheless, it is a short walk to the slope, maybe 25 yards. We would want to stay here again when we come back.
Beautiful home - very convenient for skiing!
Nice house, fit the 3 families we had perfectly. Not super easy to ski back to the house was our only complaint.
