Overall, Great experience for family vacation

The Faves was a nice unit for a family vacation. We had 12 people stay and everyone had a comfortable bed. The living space and dining room was good for larger groups. The unit could use a few upgrades for the price being charged per night. The BBQ is small and falling apart. There is a chair in the dining room that is very wobbly. The washer and dryer were very handy but small. Tv's should be updated so video games, amazon, and Netflix can be used. This place coud definitely be a 5-star with a few upgrades. Winter Park Lodging Company was great to work with and communicated well with us before leaving and during trip. They responded immediately when we needed additional towels. Thanks for the great expierence.

Owner's Response: Thanks for letting us know. We can definitely check out the grill and update as needed. Also the dining room chair we will get on stabilizing. We will talk with owners about TV upgrades as this is clearly the direction home entertainment is heading! We appreciate all your feedback and hope to get to host you up this way again.

Winter Park

Very nice property. The only negative was no deck furniture. The weather was beautiful, would have liked to sit on the deck in the evening. The grill on the deck has seen its day.
