This unit comes with a large master bedroom (queen bed) (chaise lounge) (TV), large walk in closet (air mattress and extra linens can be found here), a couch which sleeps one (maybe 2), one full bathroom, full kitchen, free parking space, free HIGH SPEED WiFi, cable TV, laundry on site, a pool, and walking distance to everything that Charleston has to offer. Each unit has an Apple TV so you can access your own personal movie collection with your own Apple login if wanted.

Or use ours to rent movies (honor system with a piggy bank by the TV) , watch Netflix, HBO and more!

You’re one block from a 24/7 grocery store, 3 blocks from historic King Street Shopping District, 3 blocks from East bay's wonderful restaurant and bars, 1/2 a block from the Carriage Tour Ride headquarters and 2 blocks from Market Street. The location can’t be beat.

Notes:
Condo is close enough to walk to all of downtown Charleston, restaurants/entertainment/shopping etc. If you do plan on traveling a farther distance there are plenty of Uber drivers around the city. The bike rickshaw stand is on Market Street which is just 2 blocks away.

Great location and great interior

We really had no idea about where anything was located in Charleston. Turns out the location was perfect. Located within minutes of downtown Charleston, the French Quarter with great restaurants, and to both piers for many of the tours available. The inside was in great condition and very cozy. We would definitely use this location again if we were in the Charleston area!

Beautiful little condo and awesome location. We will be back!!!!

The apartment was so relaxing. Just enough space for a couple of small family of 3. Being pregnant I was nervous the space wouldn't really meet my needs for comfort but we were pleasently surprised. The AC was fantastic and the Apple TV was a nice touch making us feel at home. We were so close to everything downtown that we rarely drove. There's a grocery store close also so anything you need is right there. Such an awesome stay and can't wait to come back :)

Perfect!!!

Perfect location for my family of 4 to stay in Charleston! We could walk EVERYWHERE and only drove to the beach, which was also very easy. Condo is so cute, clean, updated & quiet. Owners are very quick to respond. Best place we've stayed in Charleston in all of the years we've been visiting! Will definitely be back.

Good for the price you are paying

I would say the stay is good for the price considering everything around you was at least double the cost per night. So it was worth it. The place does look old and drabby. And it does smell like a lot of others mentioned. The smell isn't really in the apartment though. I definitely think a new couch is needed or they need to clean it. There were some stains on it so I definitely wouldn't have wanted to sleep on there. Bed was pretty comfortable and so were the sheets. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean. No fans but the air conditioners were good and made enough noise so that didn't matter. We definitely would have needed more towels for a longer stay. I have to say, they were not very accommodating about early check in. We arrived early Friday and I checked and no one was staying the night before us, so I don't see any reason why we couldn't have gotten in early or at least put our bags in the room. They basically told me no. TV selection was nice. And location was great...I felt safe. You could walk everywhere from there and 167 RAW right down the road was Fantastic!

Our response to your early check in request was the same as all other requests we get: that we always try to accommodate early check in requests but cannot guarantee any times. Although there was not a guest booked the previous night on this site, there was a booking the night before on another site we host on. We always try to accommodate guests requests to the best of our ability, we would never tell a guest "no". Again we thank you for staying with us!

Lovely place, unfortunately the host cancelled night 1 of our stay the day before...

We had booked this place back in march for a weekend in early June, and I was notified the day before our trip that the host had accidentally overbooked the first night (Friday). She was very apologetic and offered their other property (a boat) which we had to decline for seasickness reasons. We had to scramble to find a last minute hotel and ended up paying triple, and were only refunded by the hosts for the night they cancelled and a cleaning fee. I had hoped to at least receive our second night free for the incredible inconvenience. That being said, we ended up staying at the property for our second night and it was a really great little apartment. The location is by far the best part, walking distance to tons of bars and restaurants, as well as the waterfront and plenty of historical landmarks. E Bay Street is really the ideal spot inn Charleston. The apartment itself is in a bit of an rundown building, but it was well kept and fairly clean. I'm not sure how 4 people would comfortably sleep here- we had 3 and it was a perfect size. Overall, hugely disappointed with the last minute cancellation, but I recommend the property in hopes that they've worked out the booking issue and it won't happen again.

Great Charleston Rental Location

We had a great time on our Vacation and this rental was perfect. The location was very central to anything you could ever need. Walking distance to all the major attractions, all the amenities of home, very clean and well equipped.
