to one of a few exclusive Ohana members of Platinum Maui Vacations. We call this villa 'Hale O Mana’o Nani; a Hawaiian phrase which translates to English, 'House of sweet dreams'.
This custom remodeled 1 bedroom villa is very unique with all the special touches the owners have added that make it rise to the top quality standard we call 'Platinum'.
It is evident that every detail of this villa has been thought out to achieve a great flow from the redesigned kitchen and bathrooms with custom sustainable Lyptus wood cabinets and granite counter-tops and Stainless Steel appliances both large and small.
Relax in the comfortable island style/ Asian infused furnishings. During the recent remodel, the owners re-designated a space for a wine and beverage bar with a temperature controlled wine cooler, adding to the many custom features that differentiate gold and 'Platinum' villas.
There are two bathrooms; one with a shower and one a powder bath providing plenty of versatility to the guests staying here. Both bathrooms are tastefully remodeled and clean.
The master bedroom is spacious with a comfortable king size bed tastefully decorated with inspirations of the ocean and it's wildlife. Relax knowing your comforter ensemble is clean and enjoy the fresh linens.
The outdoor lanai has room for four at the table plus two extra chairs to sit back and relax in.
This villa is located in building 12 and is a short walk to Kapalua Bay and the Pineapple grill restaurant. One of the complex’s four swimming pools with barbecue facilities is also located between buildings 12 and 13.
The combination of comfort, class and value can't be beat with these amenities not to mention all the services that are offered to those staying with Platinum Maui Vacations.
My husband and I have stayed in many different Kapalua Villas (including the much lauded gold villas) over the past 30 years, and have decided this was the best overall experience we have had. Not only was the condo absolutely as advertised, the customer service was exceptional. Dave Hailey and his team are unbelievably conscientious and thorough.
Although we've stayed in villas directly on the ocean front, my husband and I would stay in this villa again.
Mostly golf course views without a home or building across the fairways. We arrived on a holiday weekend and Dave (the manager) was available, hospitable and most helpful. He is building a quality business and it shows. Furniture and amenities were all excellent quality. The condo is one level, but there are stairs to the entrance door. No surprises and Dave was careful not to "oversell" his fine property. I will be looking for an even better Dave Hailey Platinum property when we return.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit at this
condo, It has been beautifully remodelled, beautifully located with gorgeous views over the 10th hole of the Bay course with distant views of the Pacific. So pleasant to relax on the covered lanai.
The condo was spotlessly clean with all comforts of home. The kitchen has all uptodated appliances with everything one could need to prepare a meal if you wish to cook whilst on holidays,
Also the washing machine and dryer in the second bathroom came to good use with detergents supplied.
The main bathroom had a large separate shower..
Plenty of fluffy towels and linen. The king size bed was very comfortable.
If you are not early risers be aware that the close proximity to the golf course exposes this property to
early morning maintenance activities, with some equipment being rather noisy.
We were met and shown around the condo but Dave also has a book of information on the area.
Would recommend to any one looking for a great one bedroom golf villa in Kapalua,
Hopefully we will return to Maui and will not hesitate
to deal with Dave.
We were very pleased with this rental. The original description and on-line pictures were extremely helpful and quite accurate. What a beautiful place and a gorgeous view. Extremely peaceful getaway. It was our first trip to Maui, but we definitely will be considering a return. And, this unit would be one we would definitely consider upon any return due to its quality.
Dave Hailey was exceptionally helpful in answering questions prior to our arrival, highly informative orientation at arrival, and availability for questions during our stay.
Unit was very convenient to the clubhouse at the Kapalua Bay Course, which we played a number of times. Shuttle service to the Kapalua Plantation Course and the Golf Learning Center also made them conveniently accessible as well.
The excellent Pineapple Grill at the Bay Course clubhouse was a real bonus, being only a couple hundred yards away. It is also a brief walk to the excellent Sea House Restaurant. We used both these facilities multiple times. The Napili Market (about 1 mi away) had a reasonable selection of groceries/staples as well as some takeout (sandwiches, meals, sushi, poke, etc.) products for a reasonable price.
Unit was very well supplied with standard materials to facilitate a very convenient and peaceful stay. All was neat, clean and well-maintained.

We would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family.
First of all, the condo is in an excellent location. The ONLY downfall is it isn't on the beach! The view of the Kapalua golf course however is beautiful! We enjoyed watching golfers below while we had a few meals on the patio. It is within a 5-10 minute walk of the wonderful Sea House restaurant (excellent breakfast!), Napili and Kapalua Bays (some of the best beaches and snorkeling spots!), Merriman's restaurant, as well as the coffee shop and convenience store. Beautiful property for taking walks/runs. The condo was beautifully updated and decorated and had all the conveniences of home. The pools were hardly ever being used, although they were in excellent condition/cleanliness. The closest pool was next to this building. I highly recommend staying here!
